I told the front desk staff i was traveling from PR to NY with my grandchild early birthday Gift to see snow and enjoy winter . When we got back from long walk the staff filled room with pink balloons and had a cheese cake for my girl Oh wow they all was so kind and mede us so happy and special . I will also choose them again . I travel often to NYC with Family Thanks

I didn't like the fact that the staff seemed unconcerned abiut my missing package. Telling me I had to go door to door to surrounding hotels asking if they received my package. My package came in 2 pieces, both delivered on the same day and same time. I got thr big package but the small one was never found.

Very good value. Good breakfast, eggs, bacon oatmeal, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, etc. Close to amtrak and bus lines. 15 min walk to plays. Very quiet and clean. Rooms are smaller but who stays in the room other than to sleep.
