Ok, it's not a 9/10 as shown here. It smells like they have a seafood restaurant, it smells all over the hallway, on all floors, inside the bedroom too. I used perfume to contrast it, after that it's a good place to stay for 1 night.

I guess this is a good hotel for Chinatown. But we'd stayed ay a few nice hotels on this trip. And The Mulberry was poor in comparison. Staff wasn't rude. But less helpful than any other place we stayed. Room was very small. But clean.

The hotel located in Chinatown at the edge of Little Italy was very convenient to 9/11 memorial, Brooklyn Bridge, and subway stops to get all around the city. Staff made excellent recommendations for meals nearby and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. We had a room with a balcony and a gorgeous view of lower Manhattan and the Freedom Tower. Bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! Loved everything about our stay.
