The Henry Norman is perfectly located in the Williamsburg / Greenpoint area. The hotel is like new inside, including our room / bathroom. Every employee we met was polite, professional and pleasant. Highly recommend the Henry Norman.

The room was nice but there was no hot water in the middle of the winter.. they let me go shower in another room but it was annoying and they didn't do anything to compensate for this

We had a very nice stay at the Henry Norman hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great as our daughter lives less than one block away. We were able to walk to shopping, bars and restaurants. The negative was that it is quite noisy during the night, both street noise as well as other guests talking in their rooms and walking loudly! The bed wasn't very comfortable as well, it seemed to slope on either side where indentations from other sleepers had been left. The bathroom was very nice and we enjoyed the dispensers of lotion and soaps. The room was quite large as well, which was nice.

If you’re planning on making a trip to the city I would totally recommend staying here, in Brooklyn. It’s a short subway ride to Manhattan. There’s also a ton of cute bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and everyone is super friendly. The hotel is super clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

.Given a 4 instead of a 5 because they do not have king-size beds. The location in Greenpoint, Brooklyn is well appointed and great. Decor is modern. Front desk is staffed 24 hours.

Stayed here for a show at Brooklyn Steel. Easy 15 minute walk to the show. Loved the room! Great decor and layout overall—spacious and had a great vibe. Staff was great. The immediate area outside of the hotel is a little sketchy at night because it is pretty desolate and is street parking only. The car was OK but felt the need to check on it every now and then. With the Williamsburg location, it would benefit from a secure parking lot—at the very least—for peace of mind.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Henry Norman. After a few days of travel to multiple cities, being able to use their laundry services and gym were amazing blessings. I also loved that my room had a private rooftop patio as well as a full kitchen - two things that are unheard of for most hotels, especially in NYC!
