The staff are welcoming and friendly. When I checked in, the bathroom was dirty and the staff cleaned it up quickly after I informed them. Getting to the place is inconvenient due to traffic but overall it’s a nice place to stay

The place was very clean, and breakfast fed you a lot, you had several options to choose from. The staff was very kind to me even though there was a problem with the payment, but everything was solved very well with their personalized attention and assistance. You have the metro walking and several shops nearby.

I stayed a night after an airline canceled my flight due to winter storm. Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast, near the airport, and shuttle service. Don’t know around the area near the property. Only thing I had a problem with was a noise coming from windows due to strong winds.

Everything about this property was awesome! The staff is welcoming and always available. Every part of the property was spotless and the breakfast spread in the morning was perfect with both hot and cold food available (vegetarian/vegan options available). Great food is easily walkable and so is the subway. They also have a free shuttle to the airport throughout the day. Free coffee and tea always in the cafe area. Also, our event was about 1.5 miles from this location and we felt very comfortable making the walk. This will definitely be our affordable NY option from here on out.
