Be careful
The neighborhood is very quit and comfortable to live in. However, be mindful of staying under one roof with other individuals with different mindsets, ideals, and mannerisms. Also, it doesn’t hurt to know Russian language, it really helps when staying at this property. My stay wasn’t what I hoped for but it was a lesson learned.

Move in and RELAX
This room and the host, Gregory, exceed every expectation I had! The room is large yet cute and is as stated in the description: Modern furniture, cute house, near the train, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was hesitant booking this room for my just graduated from college age daughter considering that she wouldn’t know who was in the other rooms, but she needed a place right away that was affordable, safe and furnished and where she could stay for several weeks. Gregory was exceedingly kind and patient, answering all of my questions, working with me to get my daughter into this extremely safe area. The other guests in the house were unobtrusive and my daughter found it easy to move in and relax, make dinner in the kitchen, come and go to her job in the city and wait for her apartment move-in date. Gregory is very accommodating and you can trust what he says. That, along with one of the best prices I have ever seen for such a nice room makes this the perfect short or longer term option when visiting the NY area.

Wonderful stay
House was lovely. Room nice and cool. Loved the neighborhood and close to the subway station! Gregory was a wonderful host and quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely choose this place again!
