The hot water for the shower did not work. There was blood stains on the floor. The room service button works and goes to an answering machine saying to call back they are busy with another customer but after calling guest assistance repeatedly they finally answered to tell me they do not have room service. There is also no shuttle to the airport but a very expensive car service they recommend.

My room was not clean. I had to wipe down the surfaces and the drawers. I had to soak the ice bucket in the bathroom sink because it dirty/sticky. There were dirty towels in the closet, and a previous guest’s folio in a drawer. I was locked out of my room because the door key pad malfunctioned. As a result I almost missed a Broadway show. I won’t be staying there again!

If you’re just wanting somewhere decent and spacious to sleep, this hotel will get the job done. No amenities like room service, and if you want a microwave or fridge, there’s a $30 charge. Room was clean and comfortable, close to many restaurants and subways.

There is a lot of issues including front door card reader, shower handle in which water was running out of it as well as the heater that was not working. It was so noisy and nobody took care of us. It reminds us a very bad memory since it was our first time that we planned to visit there.
