The hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Super close parking garages - use Spot Hero to find a good deal. Once parked you can walk everywhere. The property has been updated but there are worn carpets, the bathroom has some rotted metal areas near the bottom of the shower enclosure and the windows are older. But for a night or 2 the hotel is a great price and location is convenient to enjoy NYC without breaking the bank.

This mid tier property is in the heart of Hells Kitchen. Very NYC feeling with a few good cafes nearby and little to no tourist around (I’d say that’s a great facet) The room was simple, clean, spacious, and offered a comfortable bed. Avoid this establishment if you’re a light sleeper; you will hear all the noise that the city has to offer, 24/7…

Nice property, the road next to the hotel is a main pipeline for emergency vehicles so you can get some loud noise at night unfortunately. Overall, would stay again

I think that the Truss Hotel TS is a nice and not super expensive hotel. My friend and I were impressed with the room space! Plus, all the commodities were nice, too. Staff was nice and always had water for us. What I disliked was the cleanliness of the room. There was lots of dust everywhere and the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept. The walls were dirty, too… the good thing is all of it can be fixed. I had a nice stay, thanks!

The location was great! Easily walkable to Times Square and the subway station close by. The staff there were lovely, very friendly and gave recommendations on things to do around the area. Overall great experience!

The location was great. The only thing I didn’t like was we were in a corner unit and there was a door leading to our room and another room. The space was really tight and it was hard to get stuff in when open the first door.

Good hotel for the money you pay. Amazing location close to everything you can walk to a lot of places a lot of restaurants close by staff is very friendly and helpful we were pleased with the cleaning staff as well,seemed like a safe location, walls are thin we were able to hear our neighbors talking till late at night but other than that we had a great stay

Close to Times Square and metro. But…. The neighbourhood is dirty and smells of urine. It’s bad even for Manhattan. The beds mattresses had a plastic mattress protective Sheet which was very noise and made a crunchy sound when moving in bed. Shower was clean with good water pressure.
