Awesome Experience
Firstly all communication with the host was exemplary. This is a delightful little apartment positioned perfectly for access to Greenwich Village and Soho which fitted perfectly with my requirements. All amenities you could wish for in a home away from home. I would love to return sometime in the future and have no hesitation in reccomending a stay in this delightful studio.

Amazing Studio! Great Host! Perfect Location!
Location is perfect for anything downtown. Incredibly close to West Village and NYU. Short walk to Soho, East Village, and FiDi. Check in and check out was incredibly easy and smooth and the host was beyond helpful. No complaints at all and perfect for anyone who wants to live like a local in NYC.

Completely as pictured excellent apartment in perfect central Village location
Great size apartment with, excellent location on bleeker st, Back of building so super quiet on ground floor, perfect for 2 week stay. Central location for best eating and shopping in NYC. Close to subways , Washington and Union Square and University. The owner was lovely to deal with and I highly recommend this place to singles, couples or small families.

Live like a local
This was our first visit to NYC. The owner was so nice with good communication ahead of time and checking on us during our visit. He gave us a few suggestions on restaurants too. This little apartment is great for "living like a local" since you walk outside to shops, restaurants, parks, NYU etc...with a deli is next door and a grocery store just two blocks down. The subway is just a few blocks away too making getting around NYC easy. It was fairly quiet once inside, so we slept well. A little kitchen allowed me to make breakfast and keep snacks and drinks on hand. We really enjoyed our visit.
