This was a perfect place to stay. Room was exactly what I needed, roomy, clean, bed was SO COMFY. It’s centrally located, getting place to place was easy! Madison Square Garden was an easy walk, Time Square was a long but doable walk as well. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed for 4 nights, they were sure to clean the room when needed. Coffee and waters replenished everyday. The cafe next door (Pura Vida Miami) was good enough to go to everyday for breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel if you have plans for Madison Square Garden or want to go on a tour in NYC. Beyond satisfied!

My friends and I reserved two rooms and we were pleasantly surprised about the spaciousness of the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and the complimentary water, coffee and tea were replenished as well. This was great so we could grab a bottle of water to go. The only downside we found was the street noise. We were on lower floors (3-4) and the street noise was quite loud. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was convenient to transportation and many of New York's sites.

Staff went out of their way to assist. Great location! Room was clean and comfortable! It’s NYC, so bring ear plugs if you’re used to sleeping without noise. The hotel itself is very quiet, but you can still hear the traffic outside. Our room had a view of the Empire State Building which was very nice. Many little restaurants nearby as well as access to the Metro. Would stay here again!

This is a great hotel! I read all the reviews before I booked this hotel and everything everyone said was correct! We had the double king and it was such a good size for New York City, Very comfortable! Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. Great restaurants all nearby. Although the Mexican restaurant downstairs was a favorite! Subway was easy also. Will definitely stay here again!

We stay here every time we come to New York. It’s clean and well appointed and service is excellent. The location is really convenient. A great bookstore down the street - rizzoli. A subway station two blocks up, a wonderful wine bar across the street which is a great place to sip wine and read that book you just bought and a bagel shop ( black seed) up one block. So many close by excellent dining options and if you just need your Starbucks one just across street. There is also better coffee close around but sometimes you just need to have your regular i know ! This is really a gem of a hotel with attentive service and spotless rooms. Some even have a view of the Empire State Building. Just a peak but it does feel special …..don’t hesitate stay here! Then again maybe not so it’s not full when I come back yet again !
