Welcome to the Blue Door NYC! Kick back and relax in this luxurious, zen and stylish space. This luxury 3 bd smart home is found in central location next to JFK airport and the LI/Queens border. Filled w/ spa like amenities, yoga kit and smart devices for ultimate modern zen experience. Amazon Echos, Nespresso coffee, spa quality robes/slippers, Wifi, local art, smart Fire TVs - Netflix, Sling. Close to JFK & NYC, BK, Hamptons etc. Near Queens/LI's top eateries/bars, movies, shops. 1 parking.
The space
The space is a 2nd floor unit of a 2 family attached house. It has its own private entrance. No spaces are shared - all private.

Noise disclosure. Please note the unit is private yet is in the top floor of a multi family home and therefore you may hear light noise from a separate apartment below. Just an FYI for guests super sensitive to noise from neighbors in a multilevel and multi family home.
Other things to note
No parties, smoking or pets on property.

All adult guests will be required to provide a government issued photo ID at least 48 hours before checkin for guest and host safety. If not provided upon request we cannot honor the reservation. MANDATORY.
