Não compriu com que foi contratado.
O hotel não tinha disponibilidade e nos realocou em outro hotel chamado Holiday Inn Laguardia. Desde a comunicação desta realocacao antes da viagem liguei para Hotéis.com para saber se será mantido os mesmos parâmetros contratado, ou seja, 2 camas de casal e, principalmente, cafe da manhã. Recebi a resposta positiva do Hotéis.com, embora o hotel me informou que de nao incluiria cafe. Fui insistente ligando outra vez para Hoteis.com para confirmação porque não queria que nada saisse errado, e sempre recebia resposta que sim. Quando cheguei, uma das primeiras informações que o hotel me passou é que não haveria café da manhã. Fiquei extremamente chateado e sentindo falta de credibilidade nas informações do Hotéis.com. Portanto, minha insatisfação é com Hotéis.com e não com o hotel realocado.

They canceled in December so they were remodeling side of scramble for a new hotel I’ll be sure not to stay at that one at all I’m glad I hadn’t paid for the room I had a time probably would’ve lost my money

Best Western Plus LaGuardia is Closed
The Best Western Plus is closed for remodel. I was sent to the Corona across the street, clean & adequate but not a BW. No shuttle service therefore a great extra expense back and forth to the airports. I should have been informed ahead of time about the situation!

When we arrived we were told there was no room for us because of plumbing issues. They had a room for us at the Holiday Inn for no extra cost, but no free breakfast. The walk to Holiday Inn was.2 miles, with luggage and kid. Shuttle transportation was not available.

Durante nuestra estadia que se supone que fuera por 10 noches; unas vacaciones familiar muy esperada desde Puerto Rico y bien planificada y con muchas ilusiones las cuales que fue un regalo navideño para nuestra familia en la ciudad de la Gran Manzana. Donde teníamos tres habitaciones reservadas para disfrutar de nuestra estadía en la cuidad y para nuestras gran sorpresa el día 2 de enero 2019 a eso de las 9:30am nos indicaron que teníamos que recoger nuestras pertenencias de nuestras habitaciones porque el hotel estaba cerrando operaciones y que nos van a relocalizar a otro hotel del área . Le cuestiono la persona del front desk,el porque del cambio sin un previo aviso, la cual me dice que había problemas con la plomería y que no había otra opción.Pero en ningunas de nuestras habitaciones mostraban problema alguno de plomería ni otro problema visible.Este inconveniente fue de un mal gusto para toda mi familia nos arrinconó día donde teníamos una reservaciones ya programadas para ese día y nuestra planes hubo que altéralos así que tuvimos que incurrir en gastos adicionales para parte de nuestras vacaciones.Ciertamente fue una muy mala experiencia para toda la familia. La gerencia del Hotel Best Western plus Laguardia no nos ofreció ninguna disculpa por este incidente, realmente no volvemos a hospedarnos ni recomendare a nadie esta cadena de hoteles Best Western. Uma quadrado metro, há 20 min de Manhattan. Otimo quarto, limpo, confortável. Microondas, frigobar e cafeteira no quarto. Café da manhã bem americano, varias opções de comida.

Bummer stay
We arrived at the hotel to be notified that we couldn’t have our hotel room we booked because of plumbing issues. Okay things happen, but the hotel made zero attempt to let us know before hand and we had to stay at the “sister hotel” across the street. While it was nice we had a hotel room we were not properly informed. In addition I booked this hotel largely because of the airport shuttle. I was informed they no longer had the shuttle, they paid for a taxi for us the next morning, but the employees were not very polite during the process. The hotel room we were put in was nice on appearance, but it was very dirty, There was someone else’s hair in our bed and hand prints all over the furniture, among other things. I just feel that we didn’t get get what we paid for and was not properly informed.

When we went in they told us there was a plumbing problem and so we had to be redirected to another hotel. Later my friend went in to ask if they had more rooms and the person at the counter said they were overbooked... so not sure what the problem was

Ao tentar fazer checkin fui informado que o hotel estava com problemas e seria realocado para o hotel da frente, que era de inferior qualidade: mais antigo e com ambientes comuns precários, tais como lobby, área de café da manhã, etc.O novo hotel não oferecia o transfer para o aeroporto LGA, então tive que fazer uma reclamação com o Expedia para que eles pagasse um táxi. Apesar da assistência do Expedia, fiquei desapontado com a tratativa pois não fui realocado para um hotel de qualidade compatível com a que paguei.

When we checked in the front desk told us that we can pay a difference if we stayed a little longer after the time of checkout. Once the time for the checkout came, they came to the room and banged on the door and told us we had to leave right in that moment.. very dissapointing

Hi Expedia, Thank you for giving me an opportunity to do the hotel survey. The room we stayed for 5 days and 4 nights (one night with Expedia reservation). First day I already informed the front desk clerk there is no hook for bath towels. When you enter the lobby the blower of the heater was so very hot even the weather is not yet cold. The front desk agents need to learn how to be friendly like simple Good Morning and Thank the guest for staying. Overall I love that Best Western because it is next to the 111 Station (quiet room), near the grocery, fast foods, coin laundry and La Guardia Airport (with hourly LGA airport shuttlecomplimentary). Excellent selection of FREE breakfast buffet. Plus complete amenities like iron & board, hair dryer, fridge, microwave, coffee & tea and Free Wi-Fii. Thank you very much and I will recommend the hotel to my friends and family. I will definitely return to this Best Western Plus Hotel.

Es una buena alternativa cuando se llega tarde o sale temprano de La Guardia, puede uno hacer uso del servicio de shuttle gratuito, pasar la noche ahí en habitaciones cómodas y con una gran atención de parte del staff, especialmente de Kit Kat que nos ayudó a resolver un problema con nuestra reservación. Estación de metro cercana y varios restaurantes muy cerca. Muy recomendado
