This apartment "which we call the garden apartment" is the first floor apartment and is slightly lower cost than the upstairs apartment, and the upstairs apartment "which we call the Urban Suite" . Both have a similar appearance and decor but the upstairs has even more upgrades and a better living room/second bedroom arrangement for groups with more than 2 adults (search property ID 1368909) , or you may rent the entire home and connect both apartments to make 1 large home for a large group or family (search property ID 1453361). The home has been completely renovated in 2018 and everything is brand new.

You have full access to share our fully maintained vegetable garden featuring several variations of fresh Lettuce, Tomatoes, Peppers, Herbs, eggplant, cucumber, watermelon, and even Pumpkins in the Fall.
