Great location a little off the path from busiest areas of Penn Station and Times Square but blocks away. Staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating. Rooms were tiny but cozy and I recommend paying a tad extra for the breathtaking skyline views

This is my 3rd time to Manhattan in several months, and each time my partner and I stayed at a different hotel. This one has been our favorite by far. We paid extra for a city view, and the room had floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view of the city. The hotel room was more spacious than expected and the space was used well. We appreciated having a mini fridge and coffee maker, with coffee and tea provided. We also liked having the small table and sitting area in our room. Despite having over 30 floors, the elevators were quick and efficient, and we hardly ever waited for one. Although we really enjoyed our stay, there were a few areas that could be improved for an even better experience: our toilet did not always flush completely, even when holding down the appropriate flush button. I also would have liked a trash bin in the bathroom (there was only one in the main room). Although the speaker on one our nightstands looked nice, it made the nightstand less functional due to the space it took up. Overall, we had a great experience and will most likely return to this hotel!
