The rooms were nice and the gymnasium was very good. The front desk staff were very good. The cleaning staff did not clean the room one day and I had to ask for the room to be serviced. One issue is that the room had not been fully cleaned prior to my arrival. There was a dog poop on the floor carpet. I told the front desk and it was cleaned, but this was pretty gross and unsanitary.

This property was very clean…the little interaction that I did have with the staff was very pleasant. This hotel was 25 minutes of walking distance from every thing I wanted to do…I will definitely be staying here again in the near future

The rooms are SMALLLLLLL!!!! But the staff is pretty friendly. Its a decent place to stay but I believe it could’ve been a little better laid out.

The staff was FABULOUS. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. The location is very convenient with the 1 subway less than a block away. The walls transfer a substantial amount of noise - you can hear a lot almost like there is no insulation between rooms.
