"The staff was helpful.The room cleaning could use more attention hair in shower and on shower curtain. They had to switch my room 3 times due to the A/c not working, then the noise...the 3rd room was the one that had the hair in shower and shower curtain."

"Paid about $650 for my family suite per night. The rooms were extremely hot the entire stay. I went to the front lobby to inquire about the heat and broken AC in the middle of July summer in NYC!!. I was informed that they will bring the fans, we waited until 2am. My family was burning in the heat. ..."
