The elevator wait times are horrendous. When we arrived to check in around 8pm, they didn’t have a room ready for us and everyone else that was checking in. Empire Hotel
House cleaning ladies were lovely. There should be a bar in the lobby. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar, but one complaint: the handicapped bathroom door is incredibly heavy and the room is too small for a wheelchair. You should ask someone in a wheelchair for design advice.
