Fantastic Beach Home centrally located, in beautiful New Smyrna Beach Florida. This bright & spacious home is directly across the street from the beach. Grocery and dining options are within a short walk. The quaint boutiques, galleries, surf shops, & charming restaurants on historic Flagler Avenue are about a mile away. Great Vacation
The property was very nice. We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach. There were stores and restaurants close by. There was plenty of beach toys for the kids to play with.

Beach House Stay
Nice House, lots of room, easy access to the beach. Though the house is on them main street like many in this area so some road noise during the day. Easy location to many eateries, grocery store and churches. Back yard with lots of chairs and fire pit is definitely nice.

We loved your beach house, it was well equipped with everything we needed for the beach! Also provided privacy and was well insulated! We had great weather and loved the sea vista tiki hut for some adult time! Great vacation memories were made!

Wonderful and comfortable stay!
My family came together for some beach time. We picked this VRBO property because it was a quick walk to the beach, had beds for everyone, and even included beach toys! Our stay was better than expected: clean and very comfortable beds! The kids loved the beach toys! I hope to come back and stay again!

Great location
This property was perfect for our family to enjoy the beach together. We spend every New Year's Eve at New Smyrna Beach with a bonfire. This property was in close walking distance to just about everything we could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and three bathrooms is always a plus when family is coming in and out, stopping by to say hello.
