Welcome to Coconut Palms Beach Resort II 4512, an oceanfront escape located directly on the 13-mile expanse of New Smyrna Beach.

This beachfront gem was recently renovated, offering exquisite design details throughout. Highlights include a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a private balcony overlooking the ocean, beach towels to bring down to the sand, free WiFi, a primary bedroom with balcony access, and a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower.

When you're not surfing, fishing, or practicing your favorite water sports, you'll find much to do on the grounds of the resort. Coconut Palms Beach Resort II includes two swimming pools, a picnic area with grills, easy beach access, and a fitness center.

New Smyrna Beach is the second oldest town in Florida - what many recall as the Florida of yesteryear. Things to know
This building is under construction into 2024. There are building materials and workers all around building and the resort is closed leaving only a few condos in the building open as vacation rentals. One of the pools is closed, and one remains open. There is no direct beach access, but there is beach access next door. The tiki bar is also closed.
This condo is located on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach.

Getting nicer!
After our initial stay last year when property was under construction, this year was big improvement. The unit has been nicely renovated and the property is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Would recommend for future guests.

Perfect sister get away
Very clean, view amazing. Great location. As indicated there was construction in the building which made the outside the room hallway dusty. I think the price was a bit high considering the construction dust. But the unit itself was updated and clean. Close to beach access and shops!

Wonderful Beachfront Condo
Had a great stay at this wonderful beachfront condo. Everything was as advertised and the view is amazing. Easy walking distance to Flagler Ave and all there is to offer. Quick drive to Outtriggers and Duval. Perfect condo for a couple and we will look to stay again next year when finalizing plans for Speedweeks. Only issue we had was halfway through our stay the 2nd elevator broke and was out of service the rest of our stay. The first elevator was already down when we got there. Not a big deal for us but I felt for some of the older couples staying at the same building. By no means is that our hosts fault and I still give their place 5 stars for how nice it was.

Beautiful condo
The condo was beautiful. Location was 10/10, close enough to Flagler Ave and the action that we could walk there in 5 minutes, but far enough away that we didn’t get any public beach traffic. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the building it was in was all under construction which we were not notified of. This didn’t affect our stay, but it was not welcoming at all. The plus side is there were only a few other people staying in the entire building while we were there. The actual unit and the view from the unit was 10/10 though. Very clean, modern, and beautifully decorated.

Very nice, clean, everything is new. Perfect for 2 people a little small for more then 2. I liked having a combination lock vs key. patio faces ocean(beautiful). Staff was very nice. Great location, walking distance to Flagler. Had an issue with water temp in shower, it got better toward the end of our stay. There were no instruction in condo so here are a few tips. Trash can are in stairwell on each floor, you dont need to go to dumpster in parking lot, found that out as we were leaving. You need to go to front desk for parking pass and last thing condo is on 5th floor. Had a great time, loved our stay.

Closed amenities
The fifth floor condo/ room was clean, safe entry into the building and room. Elevators worked half the time and construction taking place. The construction workers were quiet and stayed out of the way. Upon booking the condo up until I received instructions, no mention of the tremendous construction project underway, no use of the largest pool and fitness center. Upon reviewing the booking and asking questions about amenities, we found the construction project away. We would have liked the opportunity when management knew of the construction project, to be notified and able to re-book another condo with Vacasa. I asked specific questions about fitness center workout items prior to arrival and received false information. I contacted Vacasa who ended up refunding small portion based upon the written information. . The desk agents were very friendly and honest about the amenities available. The security officer was extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything was fantastic except one critical item. Updated Condo is fabulous. Ocean view was breath taking.. Location to beach and walking distance to Flagler Ave is terrific. Only issue is the building hot water system. Never got hot enough to our liking. Called Property Management a couple of times with no return calls. Went to front desk, said they had no other reports of issue. Gave excuse of "lots of people taking showers". "Maybe run it for a while". We ran the water for a recorded 8 minutes or more before it would go to luke warm and 10 or more before warm water. Definitely needs to be looked at not only for comfortable stay, but waste of water.

Great Place
This was a great little condo. Freshly updated and clean; beautiful view. There are renovations going on in the building, but those didn’t hinder our stay. What little noise there was happened during hours we were out and about, so unless you plan on staying in all day, it’s no big deal. Convenient to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Details for those who rely on detailed reviews to decide on a place: The unit is nicely appointed with dishes, decent pots and pans, and a small selection of spices and oil for cooking. Paper towels, kitchen sponge, and a couple of dish tabs and trash bags provided. However, the Keurig in the listing photos has been replaced with a drip coffeemaker—fyi for the coffee drinkers. There are also no kitchen towels or oven mitts/hot pads that I could find (although we didn’t cook much so I didn’t look hard). Bath towels are sparse and could use an upgrade, so if you need larger or plush towels, bring your own. The mattress has some mileage, but it wasn’t unbearable for 4 nights. Overall this was a great place and we would stay here again.

Short getaway.
We loved this unit. It was perfect for 2 people. Close to everything within walking distance. The beach was quiet and beautiful. The deck was great for morning coffee and afternoon breaks. They were doing some construction on the floor we were on due to hurricane damage, but it didn't bother us one bit and all the workers were very nice and courteous.

New Smyrna Beach Condo
Close to everything. The main resort is still recovering from a hurricane but the condo is open and available. It's in great shape, looks directly onto the ocean. We had some cold weather and rain but still got out and enjoyed ourselves. We'd stay here again.
