Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo right across from one of the nicest Atlantic Coast destinations in Florida. less than a 4 minute walk to pristine beaches via crossover. Condo is within clear view of the ocean across the street. a few hundred yards away! Great local restaurants, and a drive on beach less than a half mile away. Canaveral National Seashore 2 miles down the road for pristine natural beaches and hiking. Manatee viewing a mile away at a local park. Great fishing inshore in the Indian River watershed, or from the beaches. 4+ golf courses within a 10 mile radius. Biking is great, and you might even get to see a rocket launch! Condo has beach cart, umbrella, and even some basis fishing equipment for family fishing fun! Come an enjoy the hidden Gem of New Smyrna Beach! But keep it a secret when you leave :)
