LaKaSa House on Hill Street is a beautiful home, on an amazing Ocean Front Property, perfectly placed to enjoy the crashing waves, and gorgeous sunrises! 4 Bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms, this house is able to sleep 12 people comfortably. The beach access is a quick walk from the house on 12th street.

This roomy, but cozy 4,000 square foot home features 4 bedrooms / 4.5 baths and a separate room on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Perfect for privacy and solitude or for family vacations and get-togethers. This home features a wraparound deck, oceanfront backyard, a primary bedroom with a private balcony, walk-in closets, as well as spectacular ocean views!

The home is completely furnished including a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and a spacious dining area. Between the 2 breakfast bars, and dining room, you will have no problem finding a spot to eat.

All linens and towels are provided (as well as beach towels) This home also features a big screen TV, Wi-Fi internet and 2 extra queen size air mattresses and a two car garage.

The kitchen at LaKaSa is recently remodeled and well stocked with kitchen gadgets, ready for absolutely anything you can throw at it! Whether you are cooking for a family of 4, or a feast for 40, you will be able to do it all in this spacious, and updated kitchen. All cookware in this kitchen is ready to create delicious, and gourmet dishes. Want to enjoy a cocktail while watching the waves? LaKaSa also has a wet bar with sink, and refrigerator!

LaKaSa is also a perfect home for entertaining a large group of people. LakaSa is 4 bedrooms, and can sleep 12 people comfortably.

The primary bedroom has a large king-sized bed for sprawling out and taking nice long naps. The room also has a breathtaking view of the ocean with easy accesses to the balcony just steps from the bed. The suite also offers a recently remolded bathroom, complete with 2 sinks, toilet, and walk in shower. The primary bedroom also has a fireplace for the occasional cold nights in Florida. You can turn on the TV, relax, and use the wood burning fireplace to keep you warm in your own room!

The other 3 spacious rooms offer queen-sized beds to make for maximum comfort. LaKaSa also sports a twin-sized day bed! If you have any little ones with you, LaKaSa also provides a crib, and highchair.
