The condo is super clean and updated. It is very comfortable. We loved the large balcony where you could watch the sunrise while drinking your coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

This cute & cozy penthouse apartment had beautiful ocean views from the living room and bedroom. Check in was a breeze, condo staff was very pleasant & helpful. Apartment is walking distance to the beach and to Flagler Ave where you’ll find lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Our host was wonderful & very responsive. Will definitely be back in the future!

We stayed 2 weeks in this condo and can't say enough on how great it is. Very clean, very comfortable. Well-appointed kitchen with everything we need to cook some meals. The view is outstanding and the breeze coming off the ocean kept the temperature pleasant on even the hottest day. Close to Flagger Ave, it's an easy walk to great stores and The Breakers and Toni & Joes. We are coming back next year.

Spacious 1 Bedroom complete with everything you may need! We used this unit to stay one extra night, because we were traveling with family and it was cheaper to stay an extra night as far as flights go. This was our first time in NSB, but after this stay, will NOT be our last. We cannot wait for our next trip.

Perfect place to stay in New Smyrna
My husband and I couldnt. have enjoyed our stay more. The condo was exactly as stated. Perfect for a couple & everything we needed.Your view is the ocean is perfect. Sunrises, dolphin spottings, pelicans! The building is undergoing renovations but our floor was quiet and completely finished. We could walk to Flagler which has amazing restaurants! Linda was an excellent communicator and very helpful thru the whole process!

The first thing you see when you walk in the condo is the OCEAN! And it just got better from there. All the basics, keurig, k-cups (gotta have coffee!), hair dryer, etc...were provided. It was very clean and the condo staff were all great. Linda was always good to respond to any questions or concerns we had, which I greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Linda!

Great stay. We have stayed at this unit 5 times, first time since Linda purchased. Great upgrades. Some problems with the elevator after the last hurricane but that wasnt preventable and Linda was great to deal with.

My wife and I stayed early October for long a weekend, the weather was great. The beach was right out of the balcony… great views! Two nice pools to just relax by. Easy walk to Flagler Ave for restaurants, bars, and shopping. The unit is clean and perfect for a couples beach vacation.
