Please take in considerationthat the stairs to the beach are under construction and we have beach access through building 1 . The estimate date of finishing the stairs is January 1st 2025. Private located on the 4th floor with no units on either side, SW corner unit with partial ocean views and lots of natural sunlight. Partial Ocean view from Sunny balcony and living room. This unit has the most preferred southwestern exposure. Convenient assigned parking close to entrance of building. This condo is completely redecorated and freshly paint updated bathroom. Laminate floors throughout the unit. Spacious master bedroom with comfortable king size bed with new Sealy mattress, plenty of drawers for storage and walk in closet, there is 1 foldable twin bed with memory foam matrass, so you can sleep 3 in total. Tv's in living room and master bedroom ( cable) and free WIFI internet. Living room with 3 recliners. Updated bathroom with new toilet, combination tub/shower, vanity and linens. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, new granite countertops, keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, toaster, air fryer and crockpot. Conveniently located near the elevator with the laundry room just around the corner. Restaurants, grocery, liquor store,church and 27th avenue park with playground, racquetball and basketball court all in walking distance. This is a smoke, vape and pet free unit (no pets allowed in the seacoast gardens buildings as per the new management rules).

Condo is located in oceanfront complex on the no drive beach. Enjoy 2 large oceanfront pools one heated seasonally and 2 kiddie pools. The resort offers shuffleboard, grills for cooking out and a clubhouse available for rent along with a kitchen. Senior activities are organized during winter months. There is a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean with lounge chairs, tables and chairs. Laundry facilities on site on each floor. New Smyrna Beach is a charming little town that always has something going on albeit the Wine Walk on Flagler, the Beer Walk on Canal, many art shows, farmers markets, festivals, surf contests and of course, world class fishing and any kind of water sport you can imagine. BEACHY CONDO
My husband and I just returned from a ten day stay at this beautiful condo. The space was clean and comfortable, with easy access to the pool and beach. We were able to walk to several restaurants and parks. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Condo in NSB
My son and I stayed here during his spring break. We had an awesome time. This property was the perfect size for us. The property was clean and comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future. The host was also very communitive and responded to my messages in a timely manner. I would recommend this property to others to rent in the future.

Great little property for the cost! Very clean and convenient! Lots of construction we didn’t know about so had to walk way around to go to beach but I’m sure this is temporary! We didn’t have parking passes left but this was corrected quickly!

Cute Clean Cozy
Nice place. Kitchen small but we didn’t cook. Comfortable new looking recliners in living room. Comfortable bed. My suggestion would be to get black out curtains in the bedroom to block the light and maybe help block some of the road noise. I realize black out curtains wouldn’t go with beachy decor, (which was very nice also. )

The unit was very clean. Our host was prompt with communication and “checking-in” was extremely easy & efficient. The unit is conveniently located by an elevator but is noise free. The balcony off of the bedroom is open yet private. It’s a few steps to the two pools & only a couple more steps onto the beach. The only thing I would change is the mattress…it’s not the most comfortable.

Relaxing Getaway
My wife and I LOVED our time here! An Ocean view from the balcony, easy beach access, and a couple swimming pools made our trip a relaxing, fun time. Our backs were sore after a few nights on that mattress, but we left with nothing but great memories. (I only mention the mattress for those with bad backs or going through pregnancy like my wife. It will not be easy to sleep on. But it’s nothing to fret over for most. Just noticeably uncomfortable.)

Due to the passing of my Mom we were unable to stay here. We turned around on our way to the condo. When we informed Thierry we would be unable to use the condo, I did not expect them to do anything. While they were unable to refund our payment they did work with us to use our time during a different time on the year. They were so compassionate and understanding of our situation that I cannot express our appreciation. While I cannot rate the actual condo, if it is anything like the response we got in our situation, I know it will be wonderful.

Beautiful condo in a very well maintained complex in great location
The unit was beautiful decorated, welcoming and very clean! The complex pools were refreshing and there were lots of lounge chairs available (all in excellent condition). It was a perfect location in a quiet area with only a short drive to any shopping, restaurant and Flagler Avenue. The condo amenities were great...so nice not to worry about bringing linens, beach towels & beach chairs. The bed was very comfortable, we slept great! A few more knives & cooking utensils & some basic seasonings would have been good but otherwise the kitchen was very well furnished. We weren’t there to cook so that was very minor! We highly recommend this place and we will definitely make this our go to rental when we come back to New Smyrna!! Thank you for opening your beach rental to us and for your kind welcome surprise when we arrived!!

Clean Condo
My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. The condo was clean and it had the essentials for a short stay. Thierry was quick to respond to any questions and needs. The recliners in the family room were comfortable. The bed and bedding could be improved. It was very thin and springy and sheets did not stay in place. Also, there was minimal supply of toilet paper. Maybe just timing of our visit, but be prepared to provide your own. The condo property was nice. Two large pools and two kid pools. They were clean and refreshing. The beach was nice as well. High tide was almost to the sea wall though! Part of the oceanfront deck is closed still awaiting repairs from the hurricane in 2022. The shuffle board courts were open. All in all, I would stay here again.

Nice Stay
This is a well maintained, updated and attractive condo perfect for a couple. We were very pleased with our stay. The owners were excellent to deal with. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the large living room TV got many channels. There also was a TV in the bedroom. The king bed was comfortable (many similar properties only had a queen). We did feel we could have used a info sheet with more instructions in the condo, such as where to put the trash and recycling, what to do with used linens when we moved out, etc. - but the cleaning people came early at the end of our stay so we asked them. We didn't use the little outdoor balcony as it overlooked the parking lot and a busy, noisy road. The condo is in a long building with one end facing the beach and ocean and the other end facing the main road. This unit is at the corner at the end near the road and the balcony only has a minimal view of the ocean between buildings pretty far away. In fairness, similar units that overlooked the courtyard and pools or the beach were considerably more expensive - so this was a good value if you don't care about a view. It was only a short walk to the courtyard and two lovely pools, past which there is a nice deck overlooking the ocean. The beach here disappears at high tide (as it does on most of the south beach) so the deck is a real plus. There are plenty of chairs and lounge chairs at the pools and ocean deck, as well as some tables with umbrellas. A lovely place to relax and quite uncrowded when we were there in September. One downside for me - but probably not for most others - was that the two living room couches are very low. I walk with a cane due to a recent knee replacement and had difficulty getting up and down to the couches. However this wouldn't bother 90% of people. Just a heads up for other senior citizens who may have similar issues. The unit is close to the elevator, which was quite convenient. Overall, this was a very pleasant place to stay and we would recommend it.

I came me my fiance and my daughter. My daughter stayed with my mother some in one room and with us . It was a quiet week right after the 4th so but as for the condo it was nice. Had everything you need. If u did forget something you have Dollar general market u have Publix on down the road. I stay and my family every year in July sometimes and the host got back promptly and the room was nice cozy . Master bedroom nice comfortable bed and even a like twin cot for someone to sleep on. Overall a great place for 2 or 3 . Very spacious . I recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks to host and everyone that it took to get me a room. Worth checking into nice floors just a very warm atmosphere!

Enjoyed our stay!
This place had everything we needed for a beach trip. Since we flew to Florida, it was great having all the beach essentials provided: chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels and my son was so excited there was a boogie board! The kitchen is well stocked too. It is in a great location to anything you might need and so many great dining options too.
