Great place to stay out of the traffic and busy parts. Short walk to beach and amazing set up. Everything listed was perfectly in place and the pool was great. 3 minute drive to the heart of the drive on beach entrance was great!

Great place close to the beach
We reallu like our stay. Seawoods is a very nice small community, with nice pools, tennis and pickle ball cpurts, and other amenities. The condo was large and very clean. Very well furnished, it has evertyhing you need. I woupd stay there again.

Relaxing getaway
My friends and I enjoyed the proximity to the beach and to new Smyrna's shopping area. We had plenty of space to spread out. The large screen porch made a wonderful gathering area in the evening. Nice, quiet community with pools and other amenities nearby.

Wonderfu Stay!
The condo is so nice with everything we needed! There are lots of useful kitchen items and tons of beach toys for use that our kids loved and beach chairs etc. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient. We had a fabulous time and made tons of family memories. We would love to stay there again!

Perfect spot for a family long weekend
Karen’s place hit all the marks for our family getaway. We loved the floor plan and convenience of the condo and the Sea Woods amenities. A close walk to the very peaceful beach made our days easy. The beach toys and boogie boards the condo provided were such a treat! After exploring Flagler Avenue and the Dunes park it was really nice to return to the quiet and comfort of Donna’s place. We’ll definitely return!

Peaceful in the ‘Sea Woods’
The location was very peaceful tucked in amongst the trees and very close to the beach. If you like nature I highly recommend this place. Unit was clean with good amount of home amenities if you like to cook your own meals. And thank you for having a smart TV that includes Roku.

Just a walk away!
Loved our experience at this location! Listing is what it was....no surprises or complaints. Stayed to play at the beach and explore near by area. Although weather did not cooperate, beach was beautiful and loved the friendly laid back atmosphere. Would stay here again with my family of 7.

Perfect place for family of 5 with teen and adult children!
My family of 5 with 15, 21 and 23 year old stayed here and it was the perfect accomodations for us. One bedroom had 2 queen beds and the loft also had a queen bed allowing enough space for my big kids. The distance to pools and beach was also great but our favorite was traveling to Canaveral National Park only 10 minutes away!

Seawoods Condo
This is a wonderful condo and suited my family's wants/needs very, very well. Our Fav spot was the veranda. Clean, clean, clean. The beach equipment was good for all. Loved the location and the Seawoods community. Pools, pickleball, shuffleboard were all fun
