No stairs or elevators, enjoy the convenience of being on the first floor. Everything in the condo has been updated and newly furnished. It sleeps 6 with a King in the Master, two twin beds in the Guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the ocean-front Living room.

Great location
The condo building is older but the room it self has been updated and was very nice - exactly as pictured. To open the sliding door and hear the ocean just a few feet away was priceless. Great place to stay for our family of four.

I had a girls weekend here and the stay was beautiful because I was with some of my favorite people and steps from the beach. The condo was very clean and great location. Our toilet did have a leak and the parking situation sucks if you have more then two cars but over all our stay was wonderful.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The first floor entrance made it very easy with our three young children. Beautiful beach views. Great condo and complex that are both well kept. We will be returning next year.

I highly recommend a stay at this condo. We fell in love with New Smyrna Beach and all that it has to offer. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, beautifully renovated and well equipped! So tastefully decorated! Walk out the patio doors and you are at the beach!!

Beautiful property great for families
A beautiful condo that was perfect for our family vacation! We were searching for a property with two first floor condos and this one did not disappoint! Just steps from the pool and beach it was very convenient for all of the play time we needed! We look forward to coming back when the seawall construction is complete and the stair/ramp access is easier for families with strollers. It should be done any day (by end of July 2024). We so appreciated the well supplied kitchen and the beach chairs and beach toys that we in the unit for our use! All we had to do was relax! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

Our new favorite two-bedroom
After a dozen or more visits to New Smyrna --- our daughter lives nearby --- this is our new favorite spot to stay. It's comfortable, well located, etc. We had a couple of very minor quibbles that we passed along to the owners, but, otherwise, everything was perfect.

Fantastic spot to get away! The beach is feet away with easy access! The property itself has everything you need with gorgeous updated bathrooms and comfy living space. It was quiet and clean. The checkin process was easy and I felt confident about being able to resolve any unexpected issues. The limit to 2 perking spots was a little frustrating but understandable- I will definitely visit again!

The condo was spot on as described on VRBO. The only down side was that construction was going on and it got noisy in condo. Plus the shortest route to the beach was closed off. Very nice overall

Construction outside my condo every day
I was very disappointed with the construction at the condo during my stay. I specifically spent extra money to be on the ground floor ocean front. When I arrived, I immediately noticed “crime scene” tape on the patio. You could not step out on the patio for fear of falling 15 feet off a cliff due to erosion. The next morning I was woken up to heavy machinery and very loud noise due to construction. So loud we could not hold a conversation inside the condo or watch television. Many times during the day the entire condo was shaking from this heavy equipment. This went on ALL day EVERY day. The patio I was so looking forward to was completely unusable. I understand hurricanes happen. And I understand construction is necessary. What I do not understand is why I was never told about this during the last seven months since the hurricane. This is unacceptable. I never would’ve rented this condo under these circumstances. I have taken pictures and video. I am requesting compensation for these terrible circumstances.

Significant issues
We were extremely disappointed from arrival to departure. Here are reasons why: 1. Poor out door lighting arriving at night 6 pm could not see keypad. 2. Master bedroom extremely drafty-windows not sealed and cold breeze through window could blow out a candle. 3. Master bed rock hard and difficult to get in and out of for short people. 4. Glass sliding doors had loud whistle noise on windy nights because seal on doors was worn down. Wind was howling as temps dipped to below 45 at night-very loud. 5. Pool at property was drained and out of order-did not know in advance. Overall view was nice and living area comfortable but did not sleep most nights as result of strong winds and draft. Would never stay at this property again.

What more could you want?
Condo was spacious, well laid out for privacy, and well equipped in every way. Cosy and comfy living space with great bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen. Nice and quite at night. Beautiful ocean views with a great beach ideal for long walks or a run. Clean and very well maintained condo and complex. Hit a few fun and interesting bars and restaurants. With its sea themes, looks nothing like my home, but felt like home right away. Only stayed four days. Would definitely stay longer. The owner was a dream. Enjoy!

A GEM ON THE BEACH!
My first time visiting New Smyrna Beach, will definitely be back. This condo is exactly as depicted in the photos. It is PERFECT! You can't be closer to the beach...any closer you would be in the water! The view from the living area is SPECTACULAR. It is tastefully furnished and decorated. Very clean and updated. Appliances are new and includes smaller appliances as well (toaster, coffee machine, microwave, etc.). Easy access to all the amenities (shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.). Even Disney is a short drive away. The grounds and the pools are very well maintained. I absolutely recommend this property.

Beach Life at its best
We stayed here in the spring of 2018. It’s the perfect place to watch and listen to the soothing waves of the Ocean. Great location close to everything. The condo is updated and decorated with a real beachy vibe. We watched the sunrise as we walked the beach every morning. It was spectacular. The complex is also nice with several pools and a beachside deck perfect for sunbathing and book reading!

Perfect location for a beach vacation
This condo is my happy place! I have stayed there twice and am in the planning stages of trip three! The property owner always makes sure I have everything I need to make my stay enjoyable. The covered patio is the perfect spot to relax and watch the waves. New Smyrna Beach is a small, friendly beach town with many choices of beach restaurants and stores. I can’t wait to go back!
