Beautiful beach house with all the amenities you can wish for!
Spacious bedrooms, gourmet kitchen and modern granite and tile bathrooms
Sliding glass doors open to a spacious back yard with a hammock, grill and patio and gas fire pit.
The house is within walking distance to tiki bars, restaurants, shops, Flager Ave and a short golf cart club ride to Canal Street.
Cape Canaveral National Seashore is just a few miles south on A1A and has pristine beaches with nice seashells. Also, a shuttle goes off almost weekly. Disney is less than an hour away.
I will meet you upon arrival with the keys and show you around and answer any questions you may have.
Small dogs are considered. Must be crated (crate provided) when you are not home.
Also, six seater golf cart on site and available for rent!

Please take garbage to the street in bags when leaving and Sunday night and Wednesday night. You can leave the garbage can in the garage. Please start a load of linens in the washer. Thank you
Cleanup instuctions for kitchen is posted on the refrigerator. Please make sure all beach chairs, toys, etc are rinsed off. Thank you Please make sure any dog droppings are picked up and disposed of.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No second or third party bookings. Rental contract to be signed and sent back within 3 days. Owner reserves right to inspect property and will attempt
Owner is not responsible for loss of property or personal injuries. Max of three cars in front Shared driveway to be kept clear.
Any excessive cleaning time or washing of linens may be taken from damage deposit. Bath towels to be laundered as used. Washer and dryer provided.

It's a really nice house - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, catering to all your needs inside and out, whether you're at home or looking to enjoy the beach! This place had beach chairs, bikes, tents, etc for your use! Rooms and restrooms were nice and big too. Flawless booking to text communication with Anne!

We loved our stay. What an excellent location! Simply cross the street to the beach. Walk a mile to Flagler. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and a big backyard!

The place was great but what helped our family the most was the beach amenities that were included with the rental. The chairs, wagon, umbrella and the water boards were great and the kids loved them.

Wow

The amount of amenities at this house was incredible. They had so much stuff to choose from. There wasn’t a single thing you wanted for. Spices which are so important, to beach toys, bikes, pillows, blankets, maps and even a junk draw. Having little things like salt and pepper and coffee filters etc. so lovely to have when travelling. Wonderful location and much enjoyed.

1st time to New Symarna Beech

Just left after a fantastic week. If you are reading this you should know rarely have we been so fortunate to find a prettier beech house. So tastefully decorated..the owners seen to know what we'll need and the best location to find them. Beyond tidy and clean. We had 5 adults and 2 little ones, it was perfect! This property goes on our annual vaca list.

Loved how there were common household items that that came with this rental such as salt, coffee, flour, oil, etc. Plenty of beach supplies. Loved how the kitchen is on the first floor. Living room is very cozy and comfortable. Great family games and books. Beach is easily accessible.

BOOK IT

Where to start: My husband and I came down for Bike Week with 2 other couples. Room for us all, would be great for families too. Owners are amazing. Great communication and very responsive Location was great! Near lots of shops, restaurants and stores. . the best part The Beach. Where all my mornings started watching the sunrise Home was clean, didnt need anything this place had everything. The back yard was great to end our days with drinks by the fire pit. If its available and you are on the fence of renting the golf cart DO IT... you can get everywhere on the thing.

Wedding

We all came to New Smyrna Beach for our friends sons wedding. Four of us stayed together. The beach townhouse was amazing: clean, proximity to the beach & town for dinner & nightlife, and had plenty of amenities to make it easy to goto the beach without bringing our own stuff. We loved everything from the space and the 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths, to the double wide staircase & the great backyard outdoor space & furniture. We all slept great in the comfortable beds. It was great for a group of friends, we were able to walk to the beach & ride bikes to around the neighborhood & beach. Great place to vacation. A golf cart was available to rent as well if we had more time would've been great to goto town & the beach on that. Owner was also great & responsive & communicated with us well even before our trip. We would definitely highly recommend the Salty Pelican House!

This home had everything we needed for our family getaway with our young adult children. Check In was easy and the place was very clean and spacious. We loved the short walk to the beach along with the bike beach rides and the water boards to ride the waves. The canopy tent came in very handy at the beach! We spent days at the beach and came back to chill as a family in the eve at the house. Multiple grocery store options were just a short drive away. We have nothing but positive to say about this house and the very accommodating Host! All was perfect!

Lovely home
