"House is set behind a dune. dune is a little steep, especially climbing back up. Kind of tough for the elderly. Set up of the house was good for 2 seniors. Many restaurants close by. Quiet area."

I especially liked how the sleeping arrangements were mainly on first floor, that helped keep things quiet for those early to bed. "We loved our stay! The cottage was perfect for three adults, and could have easily accomodated more. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who want to cook, including such thoughtful touches as coffee. creamer, and condiments. Everything was immaculately clean. Location was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!"

The property mgr also lives on the property but I only saw her once when I communicated that the coffee maker broke and was promptly replaced with a new one. Short drive or pleasant walk to downtown Edgartown with its restaurants and shops. Love the outside shower. Was there in September so the beaches are everywhere. Great farms on the island so it's easy and fun...
