This stunning five bedroom house is located in New Romney, centrally situated between Greatstone and Littlestone beaches. The property has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard throughout. The property has five good sized bedrooms allowing for space and comfort whilst enjoying this house with family or friends for that seaside getaway.

Directly opposite is Greatstone and Littlestone Beach, a short walking distance away is a local convenience store hop, pharmacy, Chinese take away, fish and chips and the local pub.

The market town of New Romney is just under 2 miles away with supermarket, coffee bars, bakers, bars, local shops, traditional pubs and restaurants. A 10-minute drive away is the famous Dungeness Nature Reserve which is a haven for wildlife and home to the world’s smallest passenger railway and the largest shingle beach in Europe. The Old Lighthouse is well worth a visit. Dubbed ‘the fifth quarter of the world’ in recognition of its uniqueness, Romney Marsh is truly a land apart. Sheep graze green fields separated by a maze of ditches, the horizon punctuated by church towers. Famed for its emptiness, its sweeping skies and sense of solitude, it is truly a unique and special place. Today the marsh is a peaceful place mostly devoted to farming. Its quiet and flat lanes offer excellent walking and cycling, its churches provide a step back into history and its landscape supports a variety of special wildlife. Enjoy countryside walks with beaches stretching over several miles just moments away. Explore the local cycle paths or there is a horse riding school, golf and water sports close by.

The historic citadel town of Rye is under a 30-minute drive away and Camber Sands only 20 minutes’ drive. Both can also be reached by local bus services.

Ashford International is a 20-minute drive away offering day trips to France and the popular Ashford Designer Outlet for some great bargains. A short drive away, you have the fun filled seaside village of Dymchurch, with beach, amusement park and rides, plus close by is Alpaca Annie at Haugelands Farm and just a further 10 minutes’ drive is Port Lympne Wild Animal Park. Something for all the family and couples alike.
