Free use 2020 -18' Bennington PONTOON w/ 60-hp outboard motor. If you’re into fishing bring your gear or you also have the option to hire a local charter. Must have boating experience to use boat.

This home is located in New Port Richey just 15 miles North of Clearwater in a beautiful waterfront community. Enjoy IMMEDIATE ACCESS to the GULF.

Waterfront home includes a heated pool, Pontoon Boat, and Kayaks.

The beaches along the Sun Coast of Florida are some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The string of beaches from Anclote Key in the north to Fort De Soto in the south, covers over 36 miles that include Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, Fred Howard Park, Clearwater Beach, Treasure Island, St Pete Beach.

This 1700 square foot home is tastefully furnished with yearly updates. Master bedroom has king-size bed, closet, TV. Second bedroom has one queen and one twin bed with TV. The Florida Room overlooks the water, includes leather furniture. Wireless internet, bikes, Kayaks all included. Bring you own fishing gear.

We keep our home updated and clean. This is our second home.

Private in ground pool for those days you don't want to be out on the Gulf.

Bicycles to peddle around the community.

Kayaks to paddle around the canals and flats.

wi-fi so you can stay connected without using your minutes.

Washer/dryer for your convenience so you can pack light.

Be respectful of the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Most of them, sadly, aren't on vacation -- and will let us know if they aren't getting a good night's sleep.

Change over are on Saturday's

Wonderful place to take your family!
The house, the pool and the boat were all just perfect! Also the property manager was awesome too! If we had any questions about anything he was available to answer! I highly recommend staying here!

Relaxing Vacation
Our family had an amazing time vacationing at this beautiful home. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. We had a great time fishing from the dock, relaxing by the pool and taking the boat to the Sandbar. Lots of memories made.

We spent a month in Patrick’s home and our time there was wonderful. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house was exactly as described & very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor area with heated pool, dining set & grill. The pontoon boat was great and a fun way to explore the island & sandbar. Patrick was very responsive & we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We just returned from a 1 week stay and enjoyed our time away. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved going out on the boat and fishing from the dock. The house was spotless. I’m already looking at dates for a return trip.

Can't wait to return
Wonderful property! We chose it because the rental included use of the boat, but the house was everything that we needed. 2 nice sized bedrooms and 2 full baths. Wonderful outdoor area, nice pool, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. We brought our own, but, the owner provided coolers, a beach umbrella, fishing equipment etc. Nice neighbors as well. We had a great time!

Great Fun! Private pool is always a plus. Boat is nice. Patio is great for morning coffee, or afternoons grilling out. My kids became semi-pro billards players while we were there. You never realize how fast a week goes by, when your having fun. Hopefully next year we can spend two weeks here.

Perfect for Relaxing
This is a wonderful property! The house was clean, welcoming, and felt like home. This property has a wonderful outdoor area, an awesome pool, and comfortable beds, and the kitchen has everything you need. The pictures do not do the property justice! The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient for shopping and eating out. My husband and I took the boat out every day to fish and visit the Anclote Key and sandbar. Patrick and Eric were awesome, responded quickly, and were super helpful! I highly recommend this rental. You will not be disappointed.

Tropical storm Fay decided to vacation in florida the same week as us. Lucky for us, we used the boat the first day, so we were able to see just how close we were to open water. The location of the house, the pool and the area were great. Especially, if you enjoy a calm vacation without all the bars and crowds. We would recommend driving to Tarpon Springs to look around at the neat shops. (it's very close), and a drive down to Clearwater Beach (also close). The dogs would recommend the dog park. Even with all the rain, we had a great time. We would love to stay there forever.

Other than an odd floor plan (a result of additions to the original house), nothing negative to say. It was bright, plenty of windows, comfortable furniture, a billiard table, good quality linens, comfortable beds, and a nice efficient kitchen, all of which, helped make our stay very pleasant. The heated pool was wonderful as was the ability to jump in the pontoon boat and go fishing whenever we were so moved. Unfortunately, as is my usual, I caught not a single keeper and made my contribution to the fish and game commission. It’s well located for day trips and restaurants.

Truly Home Away From Home!
We enjoyed everything about this home. It was roomy and clean. I like to walk around barefoot in the house (my feet were always clean!) It has a great outdoor seating area (where we spent a lot of time!) by the pool (which was beautiful!). The boat was the icing on the cake! We took it out many days and also went out to the "Sandbar" where we met other people and found fantastic shells! I love to cook and did it frequently for the 4 of us and family close by who live in Tampa. The kitchen is well equipped and close to the eating area outside (where we preferred to hang out). Thank you, Patrick for sharing your home and boat with us. We will return. Karen

Paradise found
This property was even better than the photos. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need to feel at home. The bed was super comfortable and we slept so well! The house is tucked into a quiet neighborhood but near all conveniences. The pool and yard were perfect for relaxing. We took the boat out fishing and to the Anclote Key sandbar. What an amazing experience! The sunsets as we came in were unforgettable. We caught and released several super cool fish. We did see some dolphins on our boat rides too. We had some friendly boaters help us pull onto and off the sandbar so we could walk on it and collect some gorgeous shells. It was way better than any busy beach! Patrick and Eric were great with communication and so helpful through our experience. We would highly recommend this rental to friends, family and all. You will not be disappointed. We never wanted to leave.

Nice home! close to everything.
We had a great time at this home. Our 3 boys had so much fun fishing in the cannel, there are lots of catfish. I caught 1 stingray. We love swimming in the pool for hot days. We took the boat out to the gulf and caught lots of sea trouts, grunt, puffer fish and one Sharpnose shark. We saw dolphins in the gulf as well. If you love fishing use live shrimp as a bait you will get lots of fish!! I give 4 stars only because bed sheet in the master was not clean but that was not a big deal we just washed it the next day and let the owner know. Patrick( the owner) very nice answer questions that we have quickly. Mickey(manager) also nice came over to fix the toilet right the way when we had a problem. Overall we like this home. Thank you Patrick.

Anchor's Away Adventure- One spot that had it all!
My family of 4 (2 kids) had a fabulous time at Anchor's Away in May/June! The owner was WONDERFUL to work with when booking the vacation and very prompt in his responses. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to get started- toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, cookware, ect. just like the description said. The property manager on sight was prompt when we arrived and full of great information about the community. There are so many benefits to this house! We have younger kids, so going out to eat every night is not convenient, but we did not need to here! The grill is right by the pool, so the kids were occupied the entire time we grilled and we even caught our own dinners!! My husband was so excited to see fresh crab he caught in the morning from the crab traps that are provided by the owner! We had everything we needed to clean and cook the crab as well. Of course our favorite amenities about this house were the kyaks and the pontoon. Having your own boat is amazing. To rent a boat for a few hours would cost $200, but we had the luxury to go out and come back as often as we wanted! It is easy to navigate from the house to the ocean through the canal- this property is very closely located to the sand bar and Anclote Island. The island and the sand bar were AMAZING! Since it's not as crowded as a regular beach at certain times (weekdays it was almost just us!) my kids found tons of shells and sea life such as star fish and sand dollars. Dolphins swam right beside our boat one evening as we were heading back! Beaches you can get to by boat seem untouched at times and it was great to experience that as opposed to beaches that are commercialized. We took the kyaks out nightly for exercise around the canal. In the evenings, I would run from the house to the private beach that you have access to nightly- it was very close to the property. The neighborhood is beautiful and I felt very safe. I highly recommend this property for anyone that wants a vacation where you can really stay on the water all week and enjoy the beauty of living the Salt Life!

HORRIBLE !
I would definitely NOT recommend this property!! There are many other homes in this area with a boat that would be a MUCH better choice, my advice is to pass this one up!! Property Manager ENTERS house unannounced and without knocking! Old man next door is taking PICTURES and/or video ! Boat looks like it's retired from a rental fleet, needed repairs before we could use it, still needed repairs even after. Pool was not ready at first, there was no pool maintenance person so the property manager was trying to do the job himself. Very poor communication between the owner and property manager caused most of our problems with this "vacation". We originally booked with 5 people...just myself, wife, and teenage daughters and one of their friends. My oldest daughter and her family were coming into town to spend some time with me for my birthday. I noticed at check-in that there are four beds, so I asked the property manager Mickey while checking in about them staying there and he said "sure, that was fine....Just make sure that when you go out on the boat that there are enough life jackets for each person, that's Florida law". (We were on the boat at the time). He lifted up the seat benches and counted that there were roughly a dozen lifejackets. He said "yes there are plenty here...how old are your grandsons?" I told him they are 3 and 5. He told me that Florida law required anyone 12 and under to wear lifejackets at all times, everyone else didn't have to wear one but just had to have access to one. He continued working on the boat as one of the seats had to have a brace srewed into it, the table was about to fall over... he was trying to get the gas guage to work but noticed the wires were frayed and n

Excellent Family Vacation
The house was clean and very well-stocked. It was much more spacious than we expected, and as a family of 4 we could spread out and relax. The pool was so nice and we spent a lot of time fishing off the dock and enjoying the water view. We took the boat out a few times, but we felt like it was mostly bonus since we ventured to Clearwater and Tampa a few times for beach and shopping for a great week.

Family Trip
I can't say enough good things about this property. It was immaculate upon arrival and the property manager responded immediately and came over quickly to set us up.with the boat. The property is larger than the photos show. Easily enough room for my family of 5 to spread out. It had everything we needed to move in for the week. The pool was great. We swam and read in the sun. My kids (and husband) enjoyed fishing off the boat. Having access to the boat was a real treat. Thanks for the great place! We will be back

Wonderful stay on the water..
This is a beautiful and very comfortable home on the canal. Clean and has everything you would need for your stay. The best part is the opportunity to take the pontoon out to the bay. We visited the nearby Anclote Key and the sandbar. Tried to do some fishing but it just wasn’t in our cards and we didn’t catch much. We traveled with small kids and they enjoyed the pool (which is super clean!) and fishing for small fishes off the docks. The community is quiet and we slept well at night. Beds are so comfortable and my back was thankful for it. It’s an easy communication with Patrick and Eric. They were very helpful. Thanks guys!
