Upstairs flows to two spacious bedrooms with dramatic vaulted ceilings, a mixture of natural warm timber, interesting angles and dazzling design effects, combined with soft stone-washed linens. A 5-star quality bathroom, with large shower with fittings imported from Germany, boasting a natural, simple pure quality environment. An additional quality toilet room is also off the main living area.

Whether you are on holiday or business this ultra-modern holiday house has an enduring sense of beauty and comfort and is the perfect place for you to base yourself. Dog friendly.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash. Hotel Quality Linen & Towels are included for your stay.

The sleeping layout of this property consists of Master - 1 x King Bed & 1 x Single Bed Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed

Spend your days swimming, surfing, windsurfing or playing golf. Use the Scenic Coastal walkway to connect you to stunning beaches, nature walks, shopping, arts and culture.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

Beachy fun
Property is brilliantly set up for beach holiday. Located short walk from beach or shops, but away from the bustle. Thoughtful design includes concrete floor and outdoor shower. Also opening skylights to keep house cool while you are out and overnight. Securely fenced too. Ticked all the boxes and is well hosted. Highly recommended

Lake closer than beach
Note that the street address is a number AND a letter (we weren't told the letter part). Also note, there is a golf course between the property and the beach so it takes about 25 minutes to walk there - a pretty walk. We found a lake nearby with lovely picnicking spots.

Important things like linen and towels were very clean. Rooms looked not so well maintained. And I still do not understand why they do not supply a hairdryer what is quite usual everywhere else. Everything else was good.

These are hardly things you bring with you when coming from overseas, OR indeed things you expect to buy when you are staying only 3 days.VERY DISAPPOINTING.Excellence comes with making the guest feel well looked after, indeed, SPECIAL.
