Lovely cosy two bedroom home on a corner section. Off road parking. Childrens playground 2 mins up the road. Quiet friendly street only 1 min walk to golf course and walkways. 5 min walk to shops and beach. Bus stop available to go to town or 10 mins to walk. Cafe and restaurant available in Fitzroy. Fully contained home. No parties and no smoking outside please. Tv with freeview. Lawn for kids to play on or just sit outside with a wine or two.

Awesome place
It was the second time my family and I stayed there and it was perfect. A nice neighbourhood, quiet street, the house had everything we needed and the 3 years old also enjoyed the outside space. Communication with Deborah was easy and quick.

This is a good value place to stay. Walking distance to the beach. Off street parking. All the basics that you need for a comfortable stay. Deborah was very responsive and helped me when I had a question.

Tidy, clean and well equipped place in quiet area but such a perfect spot for exploring. Coastal walk, Te Rewa Bridge, lake and Fitzroy beach within walking distance. Shops close by. Prompt easy communication.

Rhododendron Festival stay
Our position in New Plymouth was just where we wanted to be. Found the house just as we hoped for and an extremely quiet neighborhood but still so close to supermarket, town, etc. No problems with communication with owner and access to house. Would stay again when we come back to New Plymouth.

Very affordable, clean and very functional in a beautiful setting.
This house was plenty spacious for 3 adults. It is a bit dated but very well maintained and in a nice neighborhood that is shockingly close to outdoor activities. Climb a hill on the adjacent golf course and you have an astounding view of Mt Taranaki in one direction and the ocean in the other. Both the coastal walkway and a separate nature trail are easily accessible for jogging or hiking. A pretty lake is located along the nature trail. A river is adjacent to the lake and I was able fish for rising trout one morning (until the tide came in and chased the trout upstream). We were busy people at this location and our two day stay was too brief. For outdoors related folk, we would highly recommend this property.

Very handy to where we had to be, owners were contactable for any issues, and the one issue we did have, was fixed up with no fuss... although it did cause us a little bit of stress at the time haha!
