There were bugs crawling all over the walls, hair in the shower, the breakfast was a paper sack with crackers and a small bottle of water, management was rude.

1st we got locked out of our room. The tv didn't worked and we had to move rooms. The bathroom is deplorable. It's disgustingly gross. Sink and shower are nasty. Bathroom door has been kicked in and not repaired. The hot and cold faucets are reversed. The shower doesn't work at all.

Sheets and blankets and pillowcases were all dirty on both beds. Bathroom was not cleaned prior to. Empty soap wrapper in the shower and hair everywhere. Animal hair on curtains in main room. Absolute nightmare
