It was expensive for what you get. If you looked close, you see a lot of damage. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good. The beds were comfy. Our tv was messed up and the kitchen sink didn't drain well. It wasn't the room we booked, but we were the last ones to arrive on a sold out night so we got whatever they had left. I guess they oversold the suite.

The hotel was very good - big room and clean. The staff was generally helpful with a few who weren't. The biggest drawback was parking. The valet was expensive $39? per day but the alternative was a self-park $24?/day . it was described as two blocks away and down the street, Given the area, the valet fee felt more like an insurance policy.

Hotel was nice and fairly clean. Our shower in room 1202 has some black mold type substance that needed some attention. Otherwise nice place would consider staying again. Other suggestion would to make coffee and tea available 24 hour a day - 7 days a week.

More than what was expected.
Our stay was very positive. Room was clean comfortable and efficient with microwave and refrigerator. Housekeeping did a good job. Located less than 5 miles from French quarter right on canal with the street car stop right outside the hotel doors. Walked to subway, a Vietnamese restaurant and WeDay for fish n wings.
