The Space:
This 8BA/4.5BA space features an incredible living area with two sectionals, a huge 85” TV, and two murals depicting a concert in the French Quarter. The dining room has a beautiful custom- built pecan dining table that can comfortably seat 16 people, three chandeliers that were made by a local lighting designer, and a second 85" TV.

The Syd revolves around its oudoor space and you'll have access to the heated outdoor pool with in-pool loungers, cabana, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. Note that the outdoor space is shared with the other units at The Syd.

The Neighborhood:
The Syd is centrally located between the French Quarter/Downtown and the Garden District. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance and you’ll be a one minute walk from the famous St. Charles Streetcar which you can take to both the French Quarter and Garden District.

Other Things to Note:
Note that the outdoor spaces (pool, hot tub, and grill areas) are shared with the other units at The Syd. For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located in the common areas. These are exterior only.

This property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke.
