They did not offer me valet parking. They would not hold my luggage while I had to go park three blocks down at a public park area The most expensive room I had because we were there during the Taylor Swift concert and the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life

The hotel was so clean and the staff were warm and welcoming. The location was very centrally located to tons of restaurants and walking distance to various activities. Room was clean and smelled great.

Stayed here for TS Eras Tour. Staff handed out friendship bracelets, the lobby was decorated with balloons, NOLA really welcomed the Swifties! Staff was so nice and friendly, made our stay very enjoyable!

Arrived early and staff allowed an early check in. Place was very clean and nicely staffed. Felt safe and well cared for during our trip. Staff was quick with valet and any needs we had. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice balcony rooms on the second floor definitely one of the nicer balcony rooms I’ve had in New Orleans! This is definitely a go to spot now when staying in N.O. Had a blast!

The day time staff is very rude, you will wait awhile for your car from valet but can’t call ahead to get it early. Night time staff is great though and gave us ton of recommendations to try while in NOLA.
