Great Stay

Great location, close to all the local Streets. However, Our Television in the living room didnt work the entire time. Maintenance guy came and and said it needed to be replaced but never came back. Our Soap dispensers and shampoo was empty had to be refilled in bathrooms. Overall place was clean and convenient. Will stay again

Mixed Experience

The Good: Location and unit itself are great. Plenty of space and it was a quiet area. Floorplan was very nice. Despite all of the challenges that are listed below, their customer service was always very responsive, no matter the time of night. The check out process was very reasonable, no long list of to-do's. The Bad: Our code for the lobby door didn't work and it took getting 3 others before we got one that did. We had asked if they could provide a pack and play before the trip and they said yes. We knew this was a bonus and if we had needed to bring our own we would have. When we did get in, it wasn't there and it took to almost 11 PM before it was delivered. Not ideal when you have young kids. Some other small notes: They provide most kitchen items but not a cookie sheet or something to bake on. It would have been nice to have at least one box of tissue available. The Ugly - The floors need some serious mopping. You can hear/feel your shoes sticking while you walk and if we let our kids crawl on the floor anything they touched quickly turned gray. Beyond that, everything seemed pretty clean, but the floors need attention beyond sweeping. Despite the check in challenges and floors, the location and unit were great. Hope this review can bring some attention to where they can improve.
