Another great stay!
This was our 2nd time to rent this condo. We had an absolute blast! 4 blocks from Royal St. Great shopping, great food, great location. We will definitely be back. Thanks Mike for being a fabulous host!

Walkable, good space, kind host
There were 9 girls in town for Taylor Swift. This worked perfectly. It was extremely walkable and Mike is so nice. And for 9 girls sharing a house, we didn’t fight over bathrooms once. Only concern was the front bedroom is very loud due to all the street noise and much warmer than the others. But truly a minor inconvenience. The smoke alarm started a low battery beep and Mike was there so quick to fix it. We had a magical time a Mike was just the start of it.

Good value choice for group of guys
Lots of room, plenty of bathrooms, clean, convenient location. Very good communication. Having apartment upstairs meaning you have to think about making noise, which doesn’t really fit the vibe. Manual parking gate with padlock is a pain… but gated parking nice to have. Street noise penetrates bedrooms as if you were on the sidewalk…. But it’s New Orleans, deal.

70th BDay Celebration
Great place to stay if you want to be in the French quarter and close to Bourbon Street. Very clean property lots of room to spread out. Everything we needed was there, and both Patrick and Mike were darlings. Very attentive very easy to get a hold of and just a joy. This condo is on a busy street so if you are overly sensitive to Street noise, avoid the front bedroom that is closest to Rampart Street, as some of the late night traffic and passers by may keep you up...otherwise, a perfect property.

Bachlorett Party Pad
Great location! Close to Bourbon but far enough away to stay out of the congestion. Gated parking was awesome! We loved the bar in the living room. Great for pregaming and getting pumped up for the night out! We had a big group of ladies so having plenty of bathroom and a wall of mirrors was great for getting ready!

Bachelorette Weekend
We stayed at this property for three nights for a bachelorette weekend, and it was perfect! There were 10 of us, we each had our own bed. Having 4 bathrooms and 3 showers was amazing! Plenty of space in the common area to socialize and play games, great location for going out and doing things. And the air conditioning was amazing when it was 100+ degrees outside! The host was quick to respond and very accommodating to any requests we had. Highly recommend staying here!

Great bachelor party spot!
Place was perfect for our bachelor party and the check in and entry process could not have been easier. The place is easily walkable to bourbon street and frenchmen street and is very close to Lafite's Blacksmith Shop.

Great house in great location for large groups
We stayed here with a group of 7 and it was free eat for what we needed. Plenty of room to sleep, it was clean, and the location was great being just a few blocks from Bourbon and the rest of what the French Quarter has to offer.

New Orleans Bachelorette Party
We recently visited New Orleans Feb 1 - 4 and really enjoyed our stay at the Party Pad! There were 12 of us girls and the amount of bedrooms/beds and bathrooms was perfect. Check-in was easy, host was communicative and even gave us Mardi Gras parade info. We definitely made use of the bar and open living area. This location is truly ideal and very walkable. We only took 2 ubers the entire time we were there! We even walked to neighborhoods outside of the French Quarter so as long as you're up for a 1-2 mile stroll, Bourban St isn't the only attraction in this area. Thanks for an awesome stay, we definitely recommend to other big groups!

This was a fantastic place to stay. We were right in the center of the city and with so many rooms we were able to bring our whole crew. The living room was the perfect entertainment room and never a problem with bathrooms or showers for 12 of us.
