Beautiful small boutique hotel in great area near shops and restaurants and in walking distance of the French Quarter and the WWII Museum. The room had a sitting area and sleeping area. The best part is this hotel is filled with unique and interesting decor that makes it a truly memorable experience.
Parisian was one of the best b&bs we have stayed at.
Brian was super helpful in giving us great advise on places to visit and how to get around.
The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and the breakfast was modest but delicious.
Very unique historic building with a lot of character. Walkable neighborhood, close to the cafes and shops on Magazine Street. Amazing oak-lined streets.
Nice stay. Charming historic property. Our room was clean but we did see (and kill) a couple of cockroaches. Breakfast was excellent. It is set in a quiet neighborhood, close to the St Charles streetcar.
We wanted to extend our river boat cruise that began in Rosedale TN and ended in New Orleans. We wanted a quiet place out of the crowds and this place was perfect. Just a few blocks to the streetcar could get you to all the sights!
My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend. I used to live in New Orleans and loved the feel of the Inn, it's location, and that we were able to walk to a park, restaurants, shopping and the streetcar. Street parking was free and plentiful, and check-in was easy, even after hours! The staff was friendly and responsive. The room was so cute, and the breakfast delicious! I can't say enough! I travel to New Orleans several times a year and we will definitely be back!

Great old house nicely kept up. Simple but good breakfast pastries. Owner would benefit from some hostelrie skills guidance. Unhelpful and dismissive of most enqueries.
This inn was in a perfect location just far enough away that it was quiet at night but close enough to experience all the city has to offer. The room was filled with antiques and comfortable, although there were a few issues with stairs/plumbing etc as one would expect in a historic property. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
Charming, 19th century home, elegantly decorated. Brian and his staff made us feel like royalty. One block from the street car stop got us easily to downtown to many of the sites (restaurants, tours, and museums) we wanted to visit. Highly recommend.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Parisian Courtyard Inn. Brian was very accommodating with my stay and was very helpful from checkin to checkout. I loved the nostalgia throughout the place and especially the common room. The location was perfect with a short walk to the streetcar and, if you want to enjoy a walk, there are several places to go nearby. As part of my visit to New Orleans, I wanted to visit the French Quarter and enjoy the festivities, however, stay somewhere away from the French Quarter, to avoid the nightly crowds and noise; this was the perfect place and in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend the Parisian Courtyard Inn and will be staying again in my next future visit to New Orleans.
This place is lovely and in a great location. We used the trolley several times and Uber the rest. My only suggestion is that the breakfasts provided were sort of mundane- no really yummy bakery items. The Aussie bites were a nice touch but to my mind a snack item and not a breakfast item. I did appreciate the eggs provided every dayt and my husband enjoyed the sausage
The atmosphere and charm can't be beat for capturing the flavor of New Orleans. The house is older, so our room was small; but perfectly adequate and very comfortable. We loved the outside sitting area and courtyard. Perfect to relax after a day of touring the city. The only drawback for us as older travelers were the stairs - a beautiful winding staircase; but a bit difficult for us to navigate. That said, it is part of this property's charm and may not be an issue at all for others. Staff were delightful, and breakfast delicious!

If you enjoy antiques and architecture from the late 1800s, this is your kind of place.
The room was small. The breakfast was very average, not much different then most hotel chains.
IThe bed and bathroom were cleaner than the chain hotel we stayed in the previous night. Since the windows did not seal well, especially at the bottom, the sills were quite dusty and dirty even on the 'grand' staircase
The staff are very friendly and attentive. Very knowledgeable about the area. Honored special requests easily. The balcony was awesome. We enjoyed that every room was different. They said the piano in the dining room was owned by BB King's grandparents and that he grew up playing it. Not sure if that's true but it sure added some fun for my daughter playing it. The location is fabulous which made it so easy to get to the wedding venues, the streetcar, the garden walk. Awesome! Great New Orleans vibes. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
It was a really nice place to stay. Very interesting house and our room was elegant and clean. But the weather was cold and there were no blankets besides a thin bed spread. Our request for a blanket was ignored but the heating system was good and made the room comfortable after all. Breakfast was okay but not a home cooked meal like bed and breakfasts usually have.it is kind of difficult that breakfast is not available until 8:30. The big drawback was that no one is available after hours even though you are given a phone number to call. There was an incident that really should have been responded to but was not. Still, we loved the place. The house staff was kind and friendly.
The property overall was extremely clean and well-kept—breakfast in the morning was always timely and a good start to each day! Room was cosy and extremely clean.
I was late arriving to the property, but was sent sufficient information to be able to find my keys and get in. It might have been better to have sent the message about late check-in earlier—I didn't receive anything until I happened to connect to the airport wifi, so perhaps messaging the day before travel might have been better.
It took a bit to learn the best routes from the property over to the Central Business District—some of the routes didn't feel particularly safe, but this is more a reflection of the city.
There was limited interaction with staff—in the morning they would announce when breakfast was ready, and I managed to catch the owner on the desk to ask about storing suitcases after check-out for evening flights. Said storage is leaving it by the desk, which didn't feel particularly secure, so perhaps having a locked cupboard somewhere for that purpose would be useful.
Overall, I would recommend the property if you're looking to get away from the busier areas of the city and want a more leisurely pace in the morning (breakfast was served at 8.30, which made it hard to then catch transport over the CBD or French Quarter).
Would also note that perhaps having some instructions in the room for the coffee machine and shower would be useful!
We loved the character of the property! Excellent food and service! Very convenient for taking the trolley around town. Would love to visit them again.
A treasure. The manager, Brian, and all the staff were exceptionally welcoming. The breakfasts are delicious, the room and courtyard charming, This is the only place I'd want to stay if I visit New Orleans again.
