King bed in one bedroom,one bath apt attached to old house in Uptown neighborhood of New Orleans. We provide wi-fi ,air conditioning, heat,cable Tv and off street parking.There is no kitchen but a coffee maker, electric kettle and refrigerator. We are very close to both Tulane and Loyola Universities as well as 3 blocks to St Charles streetcar. It is a safe nice area with Restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. You will have your own private entrance and porch. We provide drinks and snacks. There are 12 steps leading up to the house.

Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Location
Wendy set me and my friend up for a wonderful stay while visiting New Orleans! Being so close to the St. Charles Streetcar and a couple of bus lines was very convenient and was within walking distance of some great restaurants.

The one bedroom was very cozy. It was nicely decorated. It had a very Southern feel to it. Even though it was an older property, it was clean and hospitable. The owner provided snacks and drinks. The owner was easily accessible. She communicated very well and promptly. This property is perfect for a solo traveler. As a female solo traveler myself, I felt comfortable and very safe at this location.

Charming home
Very much enjoyed our stay. The local beverages and snacks were a nice touch. Location was excellent, close to Garden district and St Charles avenue. Appreciated the off street parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful NOLA

Great place at a great price. If you aren’t interested in cooking or spending all that much time at home during your visit to NOLA, this is a great, centrally located place. Wendy was kind and helpful throughout!

Love this place!
Great location in uptown New Orleans. The off-street parking was an absolute plus, and access to the apartment convenient. The space was clean, the bed very comfortable, a nice entrance foyer, quiet neighborhood, convenient to shops and restaurants on Magazine, and the host attentive and accessible. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again when visiting.

We were touring Loyola and it was super close just a few blocks. Very easy to walk to Audubon Park and the trolly stops.

Victorian charm
The room in an old Southern mansion is charming and spacious, as is the king size bed. Off street parking is a plus. the house is close to universities, Audubon park and many wonderful restaurants.
