Newly Renovated Historic Magazine Street Condo Near It All!!

This historic condo, located on Magazine Street in the Lower Garden District, is in the best area. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, one need not venture far to soak in the culture and charm of the city. Cabs can be hailed from Magazine Street, or hop on a streetcar after a short walk to St. Charles Ave. The World War II Museum, Harrah’s Casino and Convention Center are also a one cocktail walk away (less than one mile). With close proximity to the Central Business District (CBD), French Quarter, Superdome and Uptown neighborhoods, adventure is steps away.

This 2 BR 2 bath condo is fully furnished. There is a king bed in each bedroom. The condo includes a 48” LED HDTV with Dish Network and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle any meal if you choose to dine in, and a coffee machine is available for your morning joe. A washer and dryer are also available within the unit. For additional sleeping options, there is a large down couch.

In my opinion, the best part about this condo is the location. One of my favorite activities is hoping on my bike and riding down Magazine St. to Audubon Park. Magazine is always buzzing with activity and Audubon offers great oak trees and wildlife as scenery while biking around the golf course, which is just across the street from the Zoo. Supporting your favorite sports team, antiquing, shopping and great music venues are all within walking distance. Come enjoy the city I am proud to call home!

Great Condo/Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay at this rental which was perfectly located in the lower Garden District, just outside the congested part of the city, but also a quick streetcar ride to the French Quarter. The unit was very clean with comfy beds and perfect for two couples. Loved that there were two separate king bedrooms each with there own bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Nice 2 bedroom in NOLA
Awesome bathrooms, nice for two couples to be able to each have their own King room & a nice new bathroom. Small kitchen, but if you are eating out all your meals in NOLA like we did, it is all the space you’ll need. Recommend this place to anyone that is a couple, single family or 2 couples visiting NOLA.

The condo provided ample space for 4 adults. It was perfectly located for our needs. We were in town for a wedding in the garden district. We were able to walk to all of the wedding event venues.

Magazine Street getaway
We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows and towels, and the kitchen was well equipped for coffee and breakfast. We ate most meals out, but you could certainly cook in the kitchen if desired. I would stay there again!

Very nice property
We really enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely, the bed was amazing, the location was convenient and residential. I had concerns about street parking but they proved to be unfounded as the area was safe and it was not difficult to find a spot near the listing.

WWII Museum Trip
The location of this property is within walking distance of the WWII Museum. The Lower Garden District contains many historical homes and properties and seemed to be very safe neighborhood. We would recommend this property and will stay again in the future.

Fabulous
This was the perfect location for us. We walked to the WWII museum two different days and had fun wondering up and down Magazine St. Peter was the perfect host. The 2 bed/ 2 bath layout was perfect for friends traveling together. Highly recommend.

Best part of New Orleans
Great condo for 2 couples with 2 king suites. Great location. Walking distance to shops & restaurants on Magazine St & short bus ride to downtown. Great alternative to all things Bourbon St. Neighbors did get a little rowdy at night. (but this is New Orleans!) Owner was very accommodating & let us check in early. He also was very helpful & gave several suggestions for dining, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The place was clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Love that there are two bathrooms. Peter responds promptly to questions or concerns. Excellent breakfast place just down the road. Close to the street car and short uber ride to attractions. I would definitely recommend.

The corkscrew run!

Great location and space!
We were two couples traveling together and this place was perfect for us! Two large bedrooms with king-size beds, and en suite bathrooms. Decent size living room, with comfortable seating, and kitchen was fine and adequately stocked. Are they five minute walk to the trolley stop on Saint Charles five minute walk to a great brunch place and near Magazine shopping district. Easy to drive into the quarter, CBD and warehouse District. Plenty of on street parking and felt that car was safe there. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees. Owner was responsive and also gave good suggestions for places to eat and go. Will definitely stay here again!
