Great location. Property layout is excellent. Large rooms, comfortable. Property manager was excellent. Only issue is the unit could be cleaner. Shower curtain was dirty. Dust on lights. Overall nice property. We enjoyed our stay!

If you are looking to be in the heart of it all, and not specifically for peace and quiet, this is the spot. Excellent location. Well equipped, clean, and serviceable. Will definitely be reaching out and returning to this location.

New Orleans stay
This was a prime location for entertainment. This condo was very nice. No hot water in the shower of bedroom #1, shower curtain liners in both bathrooms were filthy. Floors could use a more though mopping, but overall a well kept unit.

LOCATION
Location is everything… right off the popular street Bourbon… it is loud at night but everything is within walking distance and the city car is just a 2 block walk. Our stay was for 5 nights and had no issues. Place was clean and easy to access. Parking garage is a must. Already planning another trip and checking availability.

Rendezvous to NOLA
Location is very convenient to all great areas of New Orleans! Street car stop a couple blocks away, also hop on hop off not far at all! The master bedroom is noisy- earplugs are a must! Second bedroom very quiet and dark. Host was great and easily assessable! Would definitely recommend!!

Nice big place right next to Bourbon Street
My family had a great time visiting NOLA so close to all the activity. Parking and getting in was tricky at first, but once we were in there were no issues. Definitely a memorable experience

Bayou Classic Weekend
The property was awesome. I did take off a point for cleanliness, but overall the place was really great. It was in a prime location close to all the Classic activities. I would definitely stay here again. And I will try to up my score on the Ms. PacMan game. We were all hooked.

The unit was perfect for our group. The location, however, is only a half block off Bourbon Street. The roar of the people on Bourbon Street, garbage trucks, and pressure washers fill the air most of the night and early morning hours. If you're going to New Orleans to whoop it up and want the convenience of being close, this unit is perfect! If you want some sort of quietness when you're ready to crash or visiting for any other purpose other than partying on Bourbon Street, keep looking for a better location away from the noise.

Beautiful and perfect location
What a wonderful rental. The property manager was wonderful in communicating with me. The unit was immaculately clean and well appointed. Location is beyond wonderful. Just 1/2 block off Bourbon. We will rent this again on our next trip down.

This apartment was just as advertised. Be mindful that it is half a block off of Bourbon Street so the noise in the bedroom with the windows carried on into the night, then the trash trucks ran at 4:15 every morning. The interior bedroom was dark and very quiet according to my kids. The fooseball table and arcade game was a fun addition for our family.

The condo is much more spacious than the pictures indicate! Smack dab in the middle of everything! Only half a block from Bourbon street and within walking distance to everything New Orleans offers! Bring your bikes or hop on the trolley its all within your reach!

Really great space. One thing to be aware of. It is right off Bourbon Street and the windows are single-pane. It can get noisy. One of the bedrooms is isolated and wonderful to sleep in, but the other can be tough with the noise from Bourbon. If you are here to have adult fun you are in the perfect spot.

Listen, book this bourbon street gem and don’t think twice!
When I say the property was exactly as described, and the perfect size for a couple or a whole family. The condo was so spacious, squeaky clean and has the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable stay in the heart of the French quarter. The location is central to all of the happenings, and perfect walking distance to get to all the shops, dining and entertainment nearby.
