Cozy and modern
We absolutely loved our stay. The House was so easy to find and any easy walk to the quarter. We easily fit 3 cars in the driveway. Host was quick to respond and accommodating. Beds are comfortable and had a cute back patio area to relax with friends. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very comfortable for 6 of us. Easy walk to Canal Street to get on the streetcar. $3.00 to ride all day. Cats Meow on Fat Tuesday great as always.

Girl’s weekend
This property was beautiful and perfect for our needs. Close to the streetcar and all the activity but far enough where it was quiet and comfortable. The house was spacious and fit 8 very nicely and had all the we needed. Our host was very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Conveniently located with a touch of NOLA culture.
The property was easy to find and located close to the French quarter! There were accents and touches of NOLA throughout the home to make it feel special. I do recommend, however, bringing your own towels, blankets, and air mattress. The linens did not look very clean and the air mattress included has a hole in it.

Perfect for a big family
The house is very clean and cute, looks just like the pictures. The host is very responsive, easy check-in/out. I have seen some comments about the location of the house is a bit far out from the French Quarter, but it is perfect for us since we have kids with us and we do not want to be in the middle of the tourist spots. The house is fully stocked with the basic essential, however we ran out of dish washer soap and hand soap, other than that everything else is great. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Beautiful unit you won’t be disappointed!
We had a great time, this unit is super clean every you need for a pleasurable vacation. Close to French Quarters wouldn’t recommend walking . We have no complaints the pictures posted is how the unit really looks. I would recommend this unit to my family and friend’s visiting NO. The host is super nice thought I had a problem with the AC he came right out to check it, but it was user error lol. Would definitely stay again when visiting NO. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Convenient Location
House was lovely, but neighborhood could be a little nicer. The location was convenient, however. Only a 3 block walk to Canal street and the Canal Streetcar which takes you right down to the French Quarter. There is a park a couple of blocks east that is great for the little ones. I wouldn't walk around the neighborhood by myself especially at night. It is a little sketchy with homeless camps underneath the highway along Claiborne Avenue. Otherwise, we would stay here again - maybe during Mardi Gras!

Family weekend
We had trouble locking and unlocking the front door. We could not get the heat to work. Property manager would only respond within 24 hours using VRBO. Temperature in the house was freezing! Heat was grayed out so we could not turn it on. We all know how to use a NEST I wish he would have responded to texts. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Property was as advertised.

Good Location
Very central location so only a short drive to every where we wanted to go and places we wanted to see. The place felt clean but nothing was stocked - no extra toilet paper, no dish soap or hand soap, no extra trash bags. Luckily we had brought some of our on shampoo, bodywash, etc. for showering because there was none. If I messaged the host about things he would have them delivered fairly quickly but after a certain point it became a hassle, especially when we needed things in the moment. There were also sugar ants that I messaged about and was ignored. The couch was partially broken upon arrival but the beds were very comfortable.

Wedding Trip
We traveled to NOLA for my daughter's wedding. We had 5-6 adults and a toddler. There is plenty of space in this gorgeous shotgun style house and the pictures show exactly how the house looks. There is also a private back patio. My daughter and her bridesmaids all got ready for the ceremony in the master bedroom. There is a full size mirror and plenty of windows which provide good lighting. There must be tankless heating because we never ran out of hot water. The house is only a few blocks off Canal Street where there is trolley access. We walked, trolleyed, or Uber'd and never had a problem. There are parts of the neighborhood that should probably be avoided late in the evening but I think that can be said about most cities. Everyone we encountered was friendly and Miss Gloria who runs a small store a few blocks away is the sweetest. Chris (property manager) was easy to reach. He communicated and responded to anything I needed. I would recommend this house and if ever in NOLA again, I would rent again.

Property not as discribed plus other issues
I initially reached out about damage, he stated he was aware. We had plumbing issues, water was turned off, there were 8 of us and we selectes the listing over others because of beds. It lists a double fulton doent have one, bunks not safe because they are not anchored to the wall. Towel bar broken, vanity in front bath broken. Left 5 roll of toilet paper for 5 day. Towels had holes in them. If it was listed we needed these things we would have chose some where else. Alsowhen reached out about property not as listed he stated that it didnt have these things also its listed in description. No credit due to false discription. Would choose this host again.

Great Owners
The interior of the VRBO is spot on. Updated, clean, and everything worked as described. Contact with the owner was awesome. But, I believe there is a reason for no pictures of the exterior and its surroundings. I am no expert but I believe the area maybe an up and coming area. It just not quite there yet. The location is just a short Uber ride to most of the tourists sites. Probably a little far for walking.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property, The host was incredibly responsive, The house is simply beautiful, And it was either a 20 minute walk to the quarter or a five minute ride. Either way we will be visiting this location again.

4 day Trip
It's technically within walking distance but it is a long walk. It was about a mile walk to Canal street and to Bourbon St. I walk daily and it definitely seemed longer than a mile just because they have so many blocks and the pavement is very uneven so just know its not an easy walk. Other than that, I liked the location & neighborhood and the house itself. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay for a big group!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was very clean and had plenty of sleeping space. The outside patio was pretty dirty, but we had no plans of using it to begin with. The location of the property was very close to the French quarter, but I would not recommend walking around the development at night. Even though the house was nice, the location did not seem to be the safest. Christian, the property manager, communicated well and answered any questions that I had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.
