Rug needed replacement due to stains. Sofa was low to the ground and not very comfortable or clean. Found dirty knife in silverware drawer. Beds were okay. Bathroom lights over vanity in the front bedroom’ s bath were not working. Nice to have access to laundry and rooftop patio although its cushions needed cleaning. Bathroom tiles needed cleaning. Nice fridge. Help desk was responsive when we called about the door code upon arrival. My emails regarding check in and out were answered promptly.

There was a an altercation in the hallway outside of our room at 5:30 am. I heard the voice of a man and 2 women screaming and banging on the door next to us. They were cursing and yelling and sounded like things were getting thrown around. Woke us up but I was scared to look outside of the room and see what was going on

Great place to stay , within walking distance of main attractions. Only negative thing I can is communication between the company was a bit slow. There’s no actual front desk so everytime I needed someone I had to call but other then that the place was great

It was very conveniently located and the rooms were large and modern & clean. Communication was easy when I needed help even though there's no desk of concierge on the property. Location was very convenient for walking around New Orleans. The bedroom's space was taken up by too much bed. Use a queen and give the guest some room to open her suitcase. If I had a companion and they had their own suitcase they'd have to open theirs in the living room. Why is there nowhere to hang a bath towel and let it dry after use? I'm happy to reuse my towels, but they have to dry. The bathroom walls have plenty of space for bars. Cleaning staff should check ALL lightbulbs are in working order. Also cleaning staff should refill dish soap and coffee pods and creamers before the guest arrives. My comment on noise is because of an early morning noise audible in room 202. Perhaps it's someone filling a dumpster with trash or emptying the dumpster?
