Guest Access:
The home is a triplex, and you will have complete and private access to your unit. The courtyard is a shared space with the other units.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the historic 7th Ward / New Marigny neighborhood. It is in the inner-city and a very urban setting. This diverse and vibrant neighborhood has lots of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Close proximity to the French Quarter. PLEASE NOTE: There is a late-night bar across from the home that generates noise late and has some loitering on the weekends.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome for a one-time $200 fee per pet.
