Beautiful and quiet 2BR/2BA condo with balcony overlooking courtyard. The private elevator opens directly into the condo. Located in a walkers paradise, you are steps away from world class dining, shopping, music clubs, bars, aquarium, river boats, sports venues, casino, and of course Bourbon Street. No car needed.
Sip wine on the balcony, enjoy the music and soak in the delights of this magical place. Blackout curtains will assure that you’ll sleep like a baby. The furniture is all high end. Both leather couches have foldout queen beds. The kitchen is fully stocked. Two coffee makers, toaster, etc. There are two full bathrooms with shower/tub combos. In unit washer/dryer combo. Towels and linens folded and ready.

This property was great all around! Clean, comfortable, safe, GREAT location and a super host (You rock, Lance!). I don't think I've experienced a better rental in all of my travels. If you're heading to NOLA to have a good time, this centrally located property is where it's at.

Wonderful stay in the French Quarter for a wedding. Lance, the host, was exceptional, very accommodating, and very communicative. We would certainly come back!

Beatiful condo, great location!
Great location!! Short walking distance to restaurants and shops in the quarter. Perfect size condo for two couples, nice layout, well appointed. It was great to have the elevator to transfer luggage up or down. Check in process was easy and Lance was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again!

Great location. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Only 2 beds, the pullouts were not used. Gents our age need good mattresses. So my brother and i shared larger bed. Everything else was great.

This suite is nothing short of perfection! It is right around the corner from everything. Outside: Ruby slipper, Canal street, shopping, Mississippi river, House of Blues, the list goes on and on. Inside: the unit is gorgeous! They have provided everything you need and beyond. They have done such a nice job from check-in to check-out the experience was flawless. I highly recommend this place for families, couples, singles, it does not disappoint :)

Perfect and exactly as advertised
My family and I visited for a long Thanksgiving weekend. This proved to be the perfect spot for us. It has two primary bedroom suites with full baths, a large family room area, and a great balcony. The place was spotless and tastefully furnished. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The location was great, in the French Quarter and just steps from Bourbon Street. It had a classic New Orleans balcony with comfortable seating for four. Because of its great location, you need to expect to hear some of the sounds of the Quarter at night. From the balcony on Saturday night, we heard excellent music from a nearby club. From the front bedroom, there was the sound of a bustling city. This is not a criticism because we wanted to be near the action. I just wouldn't want those who need absolute quiet to be disappointed. If noise is a problem, the second bedroom was quiet. We have recommended this unit to our friends and will be back the next time we visit New Orleans.

Property is in a great location , balcony overlooks House of Blues and one can hear music til 10 pm. Property needs some plumbing work in kitchen and one bathroom and attention to burned out light bulb in master bedroom. But these things did not detract heavily from our fun time in NOLA. We had a surprise visit from one of the owners who planned to stay at the apartment, let himself in but was very gracious and left quickly when he learned we were there for the weekend. The property manager was great to work with. We would stay again! But recommend one checks with the property manager that everything is working properly before committing.

We walked in after midnight, thought it was a cute place at first, then we opened the pull out couches and both were dirty, crumbs all over the sheets, bugs and garbage on the floor under the couches. Pulled the sheets back from the bed and there was actually bodily fluid streaks on the sheets. Called the host right away, sent him a bunch of pictures and he said full refund. (Thank god). We stayed maybe 30 minutes until we were able to book a hotel.

Perfect Location to Stay
First, the pictures don't do this place justice - there is lots of light and it is very comfortable. The location could not have been more perfect - it's in the heart of being able to walk pretty much everywhere in less than 10 minutes - French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Canal Street, etc. It was very safe with two codes - one to get into the building and one to get into the condo. I highly recommend you consider staying here.

All of the great reviews are spot on. The location & unit are wonderful. Safe, secure, and comfortable in an ideal spot close to everything but where you can retreat a bit. Excellent communication too. Highly recommend.

Perfect place!
This place was very nice and clean!!! Perfect size for the 4 of us and so close to everything we wanted to explore while there. Sitting on the patio at night, enjoying the sounds from House of Blues, was so relaxing. We didn’t have to contact the owner for anything at all.

Wonderful apartment in French Quarter
This apartment is beautiful, well-appointed, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were exceedingly comfortable. The living room was a perfect place for our family to hang out and chat when not exploring. We would be thrilled to stay here again.

Perfect for a girls trip
This condo is staged for women. Absolutely loved it. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathrooms. There are hairdryers, flat and curling irons, feminine products, shower products, etc. It was very comfortable, especially after our long days of tours. We walked everywhere. The location was great; everything we wanted or needed was in walking distance with the exception of the swamp tour. We Ubered for that; which we expected to Uber occasionally. We felt safe and though the location is busy and the House of Blues is right there, we didn’t have a noise issue. Having the elevator was a very nice perk.
