Girls Trip
The suite was clean and a perfect space for a girls get away. The host was always available for questions. It’s also super close to Bourbon Street. We had a great time thanks!

A great place!
This place is the perfect spot for 2. Great location just around the corner from bourbon! Our host let us check in early and check out late due to our flight. Great communication just overall a great experience would definitely stay again!

Great host and location!
This apartment was just the right size for my friend and me! The unit was clean and the location was great! Bring a white noise machine or download an app as it is a ground floor apartment with the bedroom window on the street. The host was very communicative through our entire stay. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the best location and the apartment was very clean. The area itself is noisy so id sugggest picking up some ear plugs. They stay was great!

In town for nfl game. Could walk to stadium. Proximity to everything was perfect. Could see how it would be noisy for some, but great for us.

We never saw the pool area however the place was very quaint with everything we needed Note the noise from the party scene and street is real if you’re here for rest this isn’t your place but it definitely adds to the NOLA charm and experience

Great Experience!
The location is amazing! Right in the middle of the French quarter and easily walkable to so many spots. The apartment had everything we needed and we loved having access to the rooftop pool and chairs. The apartment is right in the street and there aren't curtains in the bedroom (fogged glass) so I do see how if you're not a hard sleeper the light and sound from the street can bother you. Lastly, communication with the host was very easy and smooth. Overall a great stay for our time in the French Quarter!

Clean, Cozy, and Convenient
I love New Orleans and was super excited about this trip. Took a chance on this listing even though it was new and my stay exceeded all my expectations. The host was super responsive, the location was convenient to Bourbon Street (only a block away), restaurants and shopping on Canal Street and my trip was so much FUN! I highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a clean, cozy and convenient place to stay when visiting one of the best cities in the world!

My sister and I have been to New Orleans several times and stayed at different places. This apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and the perfect location to everything. We are both very light sleepers and the noise is real BUT we both slept well. One thing I wasn’t expecting was to pay $40 a night for parking. The garage is conveniently across from the apartment, thank goodness. We will definitely be staying again.

Weekend in NOLA
This place was perfect for our trip. A 2-bed / 2 bath is not easy to come by in the french quarter. The location (for us) was AMAZING!!! We liked being close to the entertainment, fun, & excitement of Bourbon street. We parked our vehicles in the public parking garage just across the street & did not move again until we were leaving the city.So many great restaurants were close by. The 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms were larger than expected. The bedroom in the back of the condo had no windows. I loved the dark cold (we turned the thermostat down) bedroom & I slept SO good all 3 nights. The bedroom in the front has french doors that have frosted coverings over the glass. I saw on prior reviews that people complained about the noise & light coming in that bedroom early in the morning. The first thing that I have to say about those reviews is that the beauty of this condo is that it IS in the middle of everything!!! In a large city known for food & fun that often stays up late then it should NOT be a surprise that people will be walking on the sidewalk right outside your condo. My son & his gf said they could hear people outside on the sidewalk but they had brought a small fan from home & that did a great job of masking the sounds from outside, A room-darkening curtain has been added to the french doors in the bedroom located at the front of the house. The curtains do not go all the way to the floor, but it does help to make the room darker.The host was fabulou

Had a great time. The unit was perfect for the 2 of us. There was a pullout couch, so you could easily fit 4 people and not be too tight. The only thing I would warn anyone about, is the noise at night. The place is not directly on Bourbon, but just 1 block away. You will definitely hear noise (people, vehicles, music, etc.) throughout the night. This was not too much of a bother for us though, as we were kind of expecting that.

From the photos the rental looked perfect. When I arrived there was an issue with the door and could not get in. That is fine I can move on. Then I walk in and it is disgusting. The floors Hadn't beened cleaned in a very long time. Shower and toliet were dirty. Couch looked like someone had just been watching TV on it. The washing machine had soap all over it and on the floor dried froms numerous times of not being cleaned. The gap between mattress and bed frame full of dirt dust and hair. Washclothes were stiff used and crumpled to the side of the towel rack. I had to start laundry right away.There was food and drink in the fridge. The cupboards were full of other peoples miscellaneous items(typically fine in this type of rental. This looked like some collage kids raided stores and threw stuff in) I didnt have the energy to deal with it on vacation and was so embarrassed having picked it since my friend from the Neatherlands joined me. We had to put two bar stools on the strip molding to the kitchen because it was bowed up and peeling on both sides and we kept tripping on it. I briefly looked at other rentals but due to the last minute it was very expensive. So we sucked it up and stayed there. You are probably not going to do anything about it and I will not get any money back. But there is my honest review. I highly recommend a new cleaning company. And go there personally. Dust the fans. Clean the air return vent. So someone else dosnt feel this way.

Comfortable Stay in French Quarter
The apartment was cute and great for two people. There were nearby shops and restaurants, but expect to walk a ways to the French Market or main bar scene. Parking was across the street, but pretty expensive.

This was an excellent little apartment very very close to Bourbon Street. Walking distance to almost everywhere! And even when We took a lift. It was not very expensive. Great little apartment great location!

The place itself is great. But right outside the window, all night long, you will have drunks, loud cars, garbage trucks, and police sirens. The owner should invest in blackout curtains for the bedroom. The windows let in light which makes sleep near impossible. Other than that- fantastic location and a great host! Very easy to work with and the place was clean and had everything we needed.

Adorable place
The condo was perfect for my boyfriend and I. It is even cuter than the pictures. It is within a block of Bourbon Street so we were able to get home easily after a night on the town. The rooftop pool was very nice after a hot afternoon exploring. I definitely suggest earplugs because the city never sleeps. Lol. There arent ant curtains so I would also suggest a sleep mask if youre light sensitive. Overall i loved yhe condo and would definitely rent again. Andy was very responsive when I messaged him.

Great location! Steps from Bourbon Street and less than a mile walk to the French Market!! Very safe and secure condo. We have rented this property before and I'm confident we will again! Nice addition of the sectional and their are air mattresses and extra pillows!

Great location! More suited for 20 year olds’ crashing’. Not for adults s expecting degree of clean.
Owner needs to seriously get anew-cleaning service. Nothing more than a wipe and swipe throughout. Bathroom floor filthy. One side of mattress stunk so much that it couldn’t be used. Couch pillows disgusting. Afraid to touch bedding let alone have bare feet touch the filthy floors. Very disappointed. Ewwww😖
