Great stay EXCEPTION is a very large family obviously were booked on same floor and they were disrespectful and loud throughout the night into morning loud and didn't understand quiet hours and in the way at breakfast. Otherwise I would consider staying again.

This is a great hotel! The rooms are a good size, renovated commercial building of years gone by to a very good standard. Bathroom and layout fantastic, bed great etc. Location is easy walking to Bourbon st with shops and restaurants close by. The old downside is there is no parking onsite, but we paid for an open car park about one block away with no security issues. Would stay again

We could not make it to New Orleans. When i called the management at this hotel and explained what happend and we would need to cancel our stay, the lady was so very sympathetic and cancelled our reservation for us. The best in management I have heard or seen in a very long time, and I travel many times a year. The world needs more people like you.

Parking would be one of the only things I would have to complain about. I have to have my car available at all times. It is very inconvenient to have to leave my car for valet parking. Also the snacks are pricey.

When we checked in the front desk girl seemed nice enough. However, when we entered we were informed they were doing construction but that was not listed anywhere on their site.we got to the 7th floor to find when you get off the elevator the floor is sinking in. I almost rolled my ankle because we weren't informed. The worst part was upon leaving. As we checked out, we noticed to "market" charges on our bill. Apparently the "nice girl" who checked us in had helped herself to some of the beverages they sell in theor mini store amd charged it to our card. Who knows how many times she has done that. They reversed the charges but i reached out to the hotel amd they have continued to ignore me. Just watch your charges if you decide to stay there.
