Luxury home with all amenities for 6 people only. 3 bedrooms,with a King and TWO Queen beds and each has its own full bathroom. This accommodates 3 couples or 6 people. If you need accommodations for 4 people, you get the 4 people reduced price and the two bedroom, 2 bath house. If you enter 1 or 2 people, you get the l bedroom 1 bath guest house with full kitchen, living room, washer dryer and all amenities in the rear.
the three bedroom option (6people) has the Large living room area with big screen 72" smart TV. all GE Profile stainless steel appliances. Including range, microwave, ice dispensing fridge, dishwasher, washer/ dryer. Internet, cable TV.

Even the clubs on Frenchmen St. are NOT ALLOWED amplified bands after this hour and have been cited and shut down. There are high fines for breaking this regulation which is now STRICTLY being enforced. The neighbors will now complain to the police and a knock on your door and a citation will be presented.
DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING AN IN HOUSE PARTY. THE NEIGHBORS WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY NOISE because the residential homes are less than 5 feet apart in this area. If you are cited and warned and noise continues, you may be asked to leave the facility with no refunds. Please consider this carefully when making your reservations.

New Orleans Charm Extravaganza
Our host was amazing and the property location was primary. The beautiful home with spacious rooms and amenities galore made the vacation all one could ask for. When we are back in NOLA, Blair House will be our choice!

The house was nice the little bit we were there! We enjoyed the fenced in back yard…nice and private. The screen doors could be fixed but that being said it wasn’t a deal breaker! We’ll hopefully be back to stay again!!

Comfortable stay in New Orleans
Lovely older New Orleans home with character in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the French Quarter and was easily walkable for most activities. Off street secured parking was a bonus. I would stay here again when traveling to New Orleans.

Perfect house for our family
This was the perfect house for our family and friends to stay in during our visit to New Orleans. We were just a short walk to both Frenchmen Street and into the French Quarter. The neighborhood is quiet and we always felt safe walking, even at night. The house had everything we needed, and we cooked big breakfasts for our group before we started our day. David was easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. We will definitely stay here again!!

Our stay at Blair House
The listing was very accurate, location excellent and host very accommodating. Truly walking distance to all major attractions and the house really gave you the New Orleans vibe. Pictures of celebrities that stayed there were a nice surprise. It is a very old house so you have to keep in mind it will not feel like a hotel room. Overall a great stay that I would recommend to others.

In a quiet neighborhood a 15 minute walk to all the action on Bourbon St and the French Market. Everything you might need was provided - coffee, toiletries, robes, extra towels, etc. David, the host, quickly responded to all inquiries. We had a great stay!

Two brothers and their wives explore French Quarter before embarking on a seven day cruise. Exactly ation for our two days in the city. Walking distance to the Quarter. Home is comfortable and has everything you need. Would stay here again.

Very Eclectic Neighborhood
We had a very good time staying at this property. Best of all, there is private parking for 1 car. Street parking is slim to none, so having an automatic gate to your own parking space was life saver.

Great location!!! We flew and it was around a 1/2 hour cab ride from the airport. Family also stayed and drove, they had a spot to park in the driveway behind a locked gate. You can walk to Bourbon Street, Frenchman's Street, Jackson square, St Louis Cemetary #1 or almost anywhere you want.

Four nights in NOLA
Lovely house within walking distance of Frenchmen Street (music) and the French Quarter. We appreciated the secure off street parking for our car. The property owner quickly responded to any of our questions both before our visit and during our stay. We will look forward to booking the property again in the future.
