-One off street shared parking spot situated at the entrance of the apartment - shared with other rental in the building - first come first served space
-Chef's kitchen complete with high quality pots, pans & knives, Vitamix blender, eclectic cookbooks and both drip coffee and espresso machines

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment during your stay. There is one flight of stairs to the 2nd floor apartment.

Safely and conveniently located in the heart of trendy Lower Garden District you can enjoy the lively taverns, restaurants and quirky boutiques without traveling far. Exit the apartment, turn the corner and you are enjoying the stately mansions that line the neighborhood’s leafy streets, or head for a picnic at Coliseum Square Park. Steps away is the historic St. Charles Ave, where you can hop on the streetcar to take you to the French Quarter, Warehouse District, or Audubon Park & Zoo. Our favorite local coffee shop Mojo is a quick 4-minute walk away!
Getting Around:
The area is safe to walk around and has many bustling restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops walking distance. For further adventures, there are transportation options. There are bicycle rentals a few blocks away. Take a stroll to St. Charles Ave. and you will find the historic streetcar that can take you from the French Quarter to Audubon Park. Taxis and ride shares, such as Uber and Lyft are also a great way to get around with low wait times. There is one parking spot that is shared with the other apartment upstairs along with free and metered street parking.
