It was an excellent location if your purpose was going to Bourbon street. It was a bit noisy all through the night but thats to be expected. The hosts answered any of your messages quickly. Not sure what type of guests use the spot but i would recommend a bit more essentials be offered, like soap, hand towels, coffee, toliet paper etc. Other then that place was great.

The place was EPIC. and Wyatt was on top of things. We parked and walked everywhere around Quarter
The place was located close enough to everything including the French Quarters & Smoothie King Center. Wyatt was so helpful in getting us in and the place was so clean with comfortable beds. We couldn't have found a better location and place. Thanks Wyatt

Great location in the Quarter
Great location, easy to walk to everything. We had a great weekend in New Orleans! Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper because it is loud until about 3:00 am, but we expected that being so close to Bourbon St.

Great location
The location couldn’t be beat! Right off Bourbon, which did include a noisy main bedroom. Earplugs were sufficient to block out noise. The only suggestion is to have hand soap, paper towels and backup toilet paper, which we had to purchase during our stay. We really appreciated being able to drop our bags before 4pm check-in. Great communication with host! We will be back!

Great vacation spot right in the action
This was the perfect spot to spend Thanksgiving with my family and attend the Bayou Classic! We had the best time. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was exactly what we expected. There was plenty of space and it was located right in the heart of New Orleans! We will be back next year for sure!

Absolutely central to everything for walking. Perfect location. The noisy of the city is 24 hrs so sleep can be difficult unless you bring something to counter it. But thats true everywhere here. The condo is really nice. Check in is a little wonky but property manager is very helpful and responsive.

As advertised
It is near Bourbon St so if you party all night this is the place for you or bring ear plugs. Kitchen is light on pots/pans but basics are present. Check in instructions were to gain access to building wait for another resident to let you in was a little unnerving. Check out instructions just said where to return keys. Nothing about what cleaning was expected. Overall nice place

Better than pictured!
We loved this apartment. It's better than the pics (I think the interior pics are actually of another unit). Bedrooms are bigger, living room space is HUGE, and the furniture was nice and comfy. The kitchen only had basics, but with all the fantastic restaurants within walking distance, it's not an issue. As other reviews stated, it is noisyyyyy. But it's NOLA, baby! The location makes up for it. Pack some earplugs and it's not bad at all. The main entrance is very nice, but we discovered another one closer to the apartment that exits through the attached parking garage. We never heard other neighbors. This place was well worth it and we would definitely stay here again.

The location of this condo was great. Right off of Bourbon and walkable to all the good spots. There was no street noise either, which was really nice. My only issue was with the bed. The sheets smelled really musty and not clean. Also, it was hard to sleep with two people in the bed, as there was a deep indent in the middle of the mattress, so we kept rolling towards each other in the middle of the night! Otherwise, it was a great space.

Nice apartment…
The apartment is really nice in an industrial way. I wouldn’t call it well-appointed. It might be a new property and all the things aren’t there yet… blankets, extra pillows, dressers, bath mats, enough toilet paper, clothes hangers, wifi, kitchen utensils…. The property was very clean. Being less than a block off of Bourbon on the Canal side of the Quarter, this is not the place for people who like to sleep in a peaceful environment. Thank you though, for the opportunity to stay here for a long weekend.

Wonderful weekend!
We celebrated my husband’s milestone birthday here and had a wonderful time. Marcus was very responsive and helpful during the check-in process. The location is amazing and we were able to walk to most of our favorite places, including the Superdome, which was less than a mile away. The place itself is awesome, with exposed brick and a large den. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, it easily accommodated everyone. A few cons, which didn’t bother us; however, could be a problem for some. The place is located in the middle of the action. Music is playing until after midnight, so bring something that makes white noise if you are a light sleeper. One bedroom has windows and is noisy; however, the second bedroom is windowless and very quite. The wifi is not great, the hot water in the front bathroom ran out quickly and the kitchen isn’t stocked well with basic supplies. Ultimately, this did not affect my rating, as it did not affect the quality our stay. We travel to NOLA a lot, as my husbands from there. This is one of the best place we have ever stayed in and would stay again without reservation when we are traveling without our kids.

Great location, but property is lacking...
The property is in a great location if you are looking for walking downtown. It is noisy at night, as it is on the corner of Bourbon St. The unit is an apartment in a building with signs posted throughout stating "DH Holmes is a private residence. Short term rentals are prohibited. Any violators will be required to leave the property". To check in, you have to go to the lobby door and wait for someone to exit to get in, as the doors are locked. The unit itself had the number of bed (2) and bath (2) we were expecting, but in no way looked like the pics posted. Be sure to bring your own toiletries. The only things there were some that others had left. No hand towels for the baths. Only one bath rug. We don't cook a lot on vaca, but don't plan on cooking unless you bring pans and utensils you need. Nothing to use the oven, no spatula to flip an egg, a warped frying pan that wouldn't lie flat on the burner, etc... We give it an okay rating based solely on location. We would not stay here again.
