We took everything into account for you to have a cherished and memorable experience! All of our neighbors are extremely nice and many will greet you daily.

Private backyard, new furniture and appliances fresh out of plastic, freshly painted and upgraded, and TVs in every room!
The space
This home is a New Orleans style shotgun double. Meaning that each room in the house is in a straight line and you walk through. We have taken all measure to ensure privacy in the bedrooms from your other guests during your stay. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen sized bed.

The bedroom closest to the living area has curtains around the bed to exude extra privacy.

The living room is cozy with a sectional couch that can seat 6 people comfortably.

Bathroom recently renovated with all modern upgrades and fresh paint/caulk.

The laundry room is connected to the bathroom outside of the bathrooms entrance and include a fully working washer and dryer.

The kitchen recently renovated and upgraded with all brand new and very lovely upgraded appliances, kitchen table, seating for six, and all of the cutlery/pots/pans/dishes are all brand new with no expense spared. We bought quality everything!
Guest access
Guests will have uninterrupted access to the unit via the front or back door. No one else will have your code to access the building.
Other things to note
Please note that the "Security Deposit" is not debited or credited to your account when you book nor when you check in. This amount is what you would be liable up to if there was damage to the property after your check out and we can show this to Airbnb.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the space I am unable to offer luggage storage after check out.
