The Space:
This newly renovated brownstone condo is fully furnished and decorated with new furniture and eclectic art. Each bedroom has a plush down comforter and four pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep. We supply amenities such as fresh linens, towels, paper products, cleaning products, bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner and body wash). We also include wifi, iron/ironing board, and hair dryer. We will provide additional bedding for the pull out sofa.

The Neighborhood:
We are located right in the middle of two neighborhoods: The Art/Warehouse District and the Central Business District (CBD). They are home to some of the best arts and culture in the city. Steps from famous Canal Street and the French Quarter’s edge. The ideal home base for city exploring! From upscale art galleries and museums to top restaurants and bars, there is plenty to do. The Quarter’s bars and eateries are world-renowned, and the CBD itself is home to many of the city’s very best chef-driven restaurants. Kick off your stay with a ride on the famous Canal Street trolley, or take a stroll to Jackson Square, one of the city’s best-loved hotspots. Harrah's Casino is 2 blocks away.
Getting Around:
You will be less than 10 minutes on foot to the French Quarter, and biking is another fun and convenient option, with scores of rental shops to choose from. Uber and Lyft services are easy and affordable in this compact city. There is metered street parking if you bring a vehicle. Retail hub Magazine Street is just a short cab ride away, as are some of the city’s other hip neighborhoods, Bywater and the Marigny.
