Charming Treme Cottage 3 Blocks From French Quarter

This is a stand-alone cottage in Treme, just three blocks from the French Quarter. Located in a residential neighborhood, the cottage is on the same property as the owner's house. The cottage is 600 square feet with a living room/kitchen/dinette combination and a separate master bedroom and bathroom.Bathroom is equipped with high quality linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and bodywash. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. The cottage is beautifulyl renovated and professionally decorated, with contemporary furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen, all stainless appliances, washer and dryer, cable tv and wi-fi. Outside are beautifully kept gardens, and a covered porch perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. You will be greeted with a cold bottle of champagne and fresh pastries. The property is a five minute drive from I-10 and just a short walk to the Faubourg Marigny and minutes from downtown. Outstanding location and elegant house. Checkin time is 3 p.m. Checkout time is 12 noon.

Great property!
This cottage is fantastic! Exceptionally well-managed and offering incredible value, it's packed with amenities for a comfortable stay. Conveniently located near the French Quarter (easily accessible by short Uber rides or even a walk), it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

We've stayed here before, and it's always so clean and so easy to walk to the quarter from here. The neighborhood is quiet and good. Comfy bed, hot shower, delicious free muffins, and nice extras like shampoo and soap etc. Beautiful place too!

Perfect Stay
So walkable to the French Quarter, incredibly comfortable bed and furnishings, delicious muffins the host left us, great AC & hot shower, and peacefully quiet for the best rest while you're there. The little garden area outside is so pretty too!

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was set up to be welcoming. Paul was accommodating to our needs and wonderful in his communication. We loved being walking distance to the French quarter but separate enough for some quiet downtime.

We stayed with Paul last september when we came down and when we decided to come back we deliberately planned around Paul's availability. The cottage is everything listed in the description and more. Paul goes out of his way to make guests comfortable. Rent this cottage you will not regret it.

This was an amazing place, and an awesome host. They have more hospitality than a 5 star hotel! It was amazing what they had available for us when we checked in! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! We walked everywhere while we were there.

Perfect stay for a couple !
The house was everything that we could’ve asked for and more ! It was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go although we mostly took ubers at night. Once you get through the gate it’s so beautiful with the plants and the outdoor seating which was nice to have when waiting for rides. Our host was awesome and communicated very well and would check in from time to time to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future when we’re in the city we miss it already !

This gem of a cottage was clean, super stocked, and the garden was so incredibly gorgeous it was hard to leave! Super walkable neighborhood, and the host left a great list of recommendations that was super appreciated! We had the best time during our visit to New Orleans. The location of Paul’s accommodation was in the heart of everything we were interested in seeing. We were able to walk to most of our destinations and take in the sights along the way. At night, we had a quiet and cozy residence to call home. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Everything about this property is amazing. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to and the neighborhood felt very safe. Paul's communication was always immediate and very accommodating. Really sweet little cottage with a nice, secure gate to access-very private feeling. Paul had the fridge stocked with lots of condiments and fresh milk and oj-sooo ice! Very comfortable bed and great sleep after long days walking around!
